Fantastic drama in Group C tonight. Loved it... Onwards for Argentina and Messi!

So far, I've played the Prologue and a bit after that. And yeah, the story is nothing to write home about. Pretty samey "Got betrayed, now I'll have my revenge (re: cars) back!" I'm sure there'll be some twists here and there, but pretty standard, I feel. The overall handling is pretty good. I haven't unlocked many cars yet, so I'm curious to see the differences. I'm sure it'll be fun. One thing to note is that drifting causes a lot of loss of speed, so although it looks cool, it's probably not the best idea to drift around during races. That's the thing about this game, it's fun. And it looks pretty good, too. They have nailed the "underground street racing" vibe to perfection, IMO. Personally, I am at an age where in general, I feel I'm past the hip-hop, street-style stuff, that I was into, in my teens. This game brings it all back and I'm having fun with it. In NFS terms, the overall feel of the game is kinda like Underground 2. --------- On a completely different note: YT struck the video with copyright claims for some of the songs. Will mute the sections. Until then, the video is unavailable. Sadly. Wish there was an option like in FIFA to have a live stream mode, which disables all songs which have a copyright. Or, future streams will have to have the songs muted.

Spain was the better team, I feel. Should've won. Sad, they couldn't convert some of the best build-up play we've seen so far in the tournament. Many groups are turning out to be like a 'group of death.'

The Extended Stadium Feed (ESF) was somehow showing the tactical camera, so I had to rely on the main feed. Then, this happened. :| Thankfully, the ESF is back and going well, so far. Man, this feels like 10-15 years ago, when we used to watch WWE live PPVs, and try to figure out which *ahem* stream would work best. Lol!

@b!T: I think that's kinda under-leveled. I'd say you should level up a bit, and it will help you with some of the bosses coming up ahead.

LG's webOS doesn't even have the JioCinema app. So, couldn't watch it on my main TV. My chindi TV in the bedroom has a Chromecast with Google TV connected to it. That, obviously has the JioCinema app. So, I had to settle for watching on that... The main stream was pathetically choppy. Like so bad, I started to question whether Ambani really has all that money or is it just a farce!? But, once the match started, there was an option to switch streams using the "Multi-Cam" option on the UI. The second option there (called ENG Stadium Cam or something like that) was miles better! I'm guessing because not many people were watching that stream, I dunno. The reason I say this is because during the pre-match bakk-bakk, I switched to the Bengali stream just to check and that was fine too. Again, I'm guessing because not as many people were watching that. Hope they fix it, though. Also, low-key hoping for a JioCinema app for LG webOS.

Thinking whether I should stack up on my existing Deluxe subscription... For now, Deluxe hasn't been entirely worth the extra price, especially for us here in India (where streaming PS3 games is not an option). And I don't see that changing in the future as well. Only option I have now, is to downgrade to Extra now itself and then stack up on the discounted Extra price.

Yeah, that Most Anticipated thing has seen some of those same games for the last few years now. I feel there should be a rule that if a game has been on the list in the past, it shouldn't be there again. It just doesn't make sense, otherwise. He tweeted that last year comparing the 2020 and 2021 lists and now...

Yeah, this'll be my last game of 2022, too, I think. Just hoping it launches in a good playable state (which, I don't see any major reason for it not to). The CDPR name however, is forever tarnished in my eyes due to the horrendous Cyberpunk launch.

The absolute last shrine showcases that Kratos is like the new 'All-Father' of the Norse realm. The shrine showed people worshipping/praising him (something he's never had before). That's why he kinda tears up looking at that, but realises that he probably doesn't want all that adulation, which is why when Freya and Mimir ask him what he saw, he just brushes it off. All that is IMO (obviously). I loved that climbing section, especially for the visuals. Looked so awesome... Gameplay-wise, yeah, kinda boring... I liked the other sections with Atreus, though. It was a good change of pace, and since he is nimble compared to Kratos, the combat seems more fluid. Yeah, that was a downer for me, too. Jörmungandr was basically a low-level sidey in this game. Barely any presence. Sad. Maybe something planned for the 'supposed' DLC.

He is still alive and captured in Muspelheim. You can free him post the main story. He doesn't join the party, so to say, but he pops up time and again in various realms for a few dialogues with Kratos and Freya.

Yeah. With the whole "I have to do it myself" thing, I'd love it if there's a DLC to explore his personal quest and his relationship with Angrboda even further.

Oh yeah, the horn that was blown to call The World Serpent! I don't think that's clarified in Ragnarök. Interesting...
