  1. Forgive me if I sound silly, but the actual gameplay won't have those animated stickers and graffiti on-screen all the time, right?
  2. If 4K gaming is not an absolute priority, then the XSS is a pretty good entry point, IMO. Not at MRP, though. Only if one can get it for around ₹25k-₹30k. Just buy that console, get the 3-year Gamepass thing and you can easily enjoy a lot of games. Gamepass (and the new PS+, too) is a perfect option for casual gamers, especially in a country like ours where parents or first-time buyers generally have the question, "Iss console ke saath kitne games aate hai?" The only pre-requisite for an option like this would be decent internet download speeds.
  3. Here are some samples from the Pixel 7 Pro showcasing the new Super Res Zoom. Provided by Google. https://photos.app.goo.gl/SoV1s7EU6c7APbLw8 My take: Crazy, if you ask me. I always thought Samsung has got upto 10x zoom quite well and anything beyond that is unnecessary/unusable. Feels like Google is now saying, "Hold My Beer."
  4. Just saw that video and realised that Dr. Saab beat me to it. I'm sooooooo tempted to get it now. Especially the Pro! Must resist.
  5. Will be updated as more info is available.
  6. To be honest, it used to be the latest version of Android that used to cause some problems/bugs here and there. Since they used to launch the stable version alongside the new phones. This year, I think it was a masterstroke by Google to simply drop the stable version of Android 13 so soon. The experience is simply amazing on the P6 (truly snappy and everything just 'works') and I'm sure they've optimised it well enough for P7. Honestly, I'm expecting P7 to have little-to-no bugs in the initial few months.
  7. Yeah, this time the camera upgrades of the 7 Pro compared to the 7 seem quite justifiable.
  8. Starts at 7:30 PM IST. Pretty sure it'll be a 30-45 minutes'ish event and pre-orders will start at 8:15 PM.
  9. ^^ Can't see that price on Amazon. It's showing ₹7549. Can see it on Flipkart, though (which is mentioned in the follow-up tweet). Just for the White one. The Midnight Black is at ₹7731.
  10. Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro Indian pre-orders start at 8:15PM IST on October 6th, 2022 on Flipkart. https://www.flipkart.com/google-pixel-7series-coming-soon-5gyjje2-store?param=98&pageUID=1664997021802
  11. This. Also Criterion, so there's some hope.
  12. Not sure about the others, but the image you attached doesn't seem like a bug. Seems more of a feature, I think.
  13. Oh. My. Gosh. in b4 "the gameplay of the first one is outdated and the remake is kinda justified for that reason alone."
  14. I just hope they don't market it like crazy, especially overseas. If they do, this movie will become like the 'unwanted' poster-child of Indian CG. *sigh*
  15. So, I misplaced by Pixel Buds Pro (totally my fault) a week or so ago. Placed an order for a new one on 28th September with an expected delivery date of 3rd October. To my surprise, the item was 'Out For Delivery' today and the delivery guy came today (early delivery). No one was at my home so the person did a proper open-box delivery in front of my neighbour. My neighbour verified it's the right item and then I shared the OTP with the delivery guy over the phone. Brilliant first-time experience with the whole open-box delivery thing by Flipkart. Between the 3 kinda high-value purchases (M1 MBA and the Pixel Buds Pro twice) and 1 not-so-expensive purchase (Chromecast with Google TV 4K) I've done on Flipkart this year, I've never had any issue.
  16. Pre-order to start alongside the worldwide timeframe, I think. All said and done, kudos to Google for not neglecting Indian customers, unlike the last few years.
  17. I thought that's how Monster Hunter is described, too.
