Used to be my GOAT, you know, before I got my PSOne back in the day.

Pixel devices will retain the HQ uploads.
Yeah, just read this on The Verge:
As a side note, Pixel owners will still be able to upload high-quality (not original) photos for free after June 1st without those images counting against their cap. It’s not as good as the Pixel’s original deal of getting unlimited original quality, but it’s a small bonus for the few people who buy Google’s devices.

Is it ending for Pixel device owners, too? I know they removed the free 'Original quality' upload option, and I also know the 'High quality' uploads are still free (and it's still happening on my 4a). So, will this stop, too?

My results came back today as positive

I've no fever / cough - just have some minor cold :-/ I hardly ventured out beyond getting milk and stuff, not really sure how/when did it happen ! Got tested from a private lab, hope they didn't mess up the results. Anyway, the local bbmp/apthamitra called up and took some details, they said they can arrange for doctor consultation/medicines etc if needed. Anybody have any experience with dealing with all this in blr ? I took the test when i didn't have any fever assuming it would be -ve, really surprised it has come out as +ve , so kinda getting anxious on what to do next
Take care, man. Can't really advise you on how to proceed with this in B'lore, but all I'd say is don't let it get to your head. Having corona is obviously not the end of everything and I'm pretty sure with the right measures, you will be able to see this through.

The PS4 version of the game is available for $40 on Amazon US (apply coupon). Includes a free upgrade to the PS5 version.

Not sure how long the deal will last.

Totally reminded me of the 'Friendship' tweet from the PS account.

Maybe delayed launch in India is a blessing in disguise then.

I think he should describe the issue a little more in detail for it to help others. I understand that he will explain his views in the full review of the console, but with a video like this, he could've delved a little deeper into the issue. Could've helped some "on-the-fence" people to make an informed decision.

Haven't seen the video yet, but thought I'd share.

A next-gen console on Day 1 in India (along with the rest of the world). Credit to MS India where it's due.

PlayStation 5: 133GB
Xbox One: 93GB
Xbox Series X|S: 136GB
Note: console players can choose to uninstall specific game mode packs, such as for Campaign or Zombies, in order to reduce the game’s overall file size. This content can be managed in-game through the “Account & Network” section of the Settings menu.
PC: 35 GB (Multiplayer Only) / 82GB (Full Game) / 125GB (Full Game on Ultra Graphics)

Of course.

Did you try it?
Yes, I did. Haven't played the original so can't talk about the visual comparison.
It's kinda slow at the start (maybe Genshin has spoilt me), but I kinda liked it. Just played the bit until the protag goes back home and meets his mother after the climb.
Okay so far. I read somewhere that the demo is 10 hours long. So, still have a long way to go to finish it.

Almost 20 million subscribers. Are his reviews actually good? I don't speak Hindi, so, haven't watched his videos. Just wondering.
Nah, I don't watch his videos either. This just cropped up on my YT feed, hence shared.
What I know is that he covers smartphones primarily, and since he does it in Hindi, there's a decent-sized subscriber count.

@eddy4823 @VelivolusDas P4a peeps, how is the phone holding up ? Battery ? Smoothness ? Camera ? App behavior ?
My P4a should arrive in the next couple of days, and it's CoD, so I do have an option of refusing delivery if things are not so good.
How's the change from P2XL ?
It's been a very pleasant experience so far.
- Battery has been amazing. Charges faster than the 2XL, too.
- Camera is classic Pixel. The confidence I have had with my 2XL stays the same. The lens seems a little wider than the 2XL, which is a good thing IMO.
- App behaviour is fine, too. Every app is working fine. I'm not much of a heavy user, but basic photo editing (using Snapseed, LR Mobile) is very similar to the 2XL in terms of speed and processing. Basic video editing (using Quik) for IG stories is also a similar experience to the 2XL.
Something I don't like is the aspect ratio (19.5:9). I watch quite a bit of YT and most of the content is 16:9 or 18:9 and both seem a little odd unless zoomed in (which I don't like doing). It's more of a personal preference, but it is what it is.
Another thing I don't like is the whole fiasco about the Playground AR App. It's built-in as a system app (so, it cannot be uninstalled) but Google has decided to not support it from the 4a onwards. Super annoying. It's as good as bloatware IMO. Tweeted to Google, but obviously to no avail.
As much as I love the size and the overall feel of the phone, I am not entirely confident about the longevity of the plastic back, in terms of how long it'll be without scuffs or marks. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I've decided to use the phone with a case during the week (because that's when my phone comes in contact with various types of surfaces), and I'll rock it without a cover on weekends (since I like using my phone without a cover). Yes, I know it's me.
Overall, it's been a good experience. Not really an "upgrade" from the 2XL (4a has a better screen, I love the size, battery life is good) in the literal sense of the word, but I'm not really as upset about missing out on the P5.
And with that longevity is something that only time will tell. The SD730G is going well, as of now. But "as of now" are the key words here. Whether the chip will hold up like my 2XL did for 3 years or not, only time will tell.
