    Single player is pretty good.. MP is awesome gameplay/netcode/ping/movement wise. But can't find players in any mode other than bounty hunt :( Not sure if that's because of our region and there's no option to change region.

    Switch to EU servers. To do that press SQUARE when in main menu(the one where you select SP/MP) and choose.

    Game is crazy awesome. Totally fixes everything wrong with beta. Oh and they went full retard with unlocks this time after TF1 criticism lol...

     

    Had to swith to EU servers from Singapore though to find anything other than Bounty Hunter mode..

     

    Pro tip- use Evolved controller layout and wallrun+bunny hop the sh*t out of opponents. :D

     

    P.S. Guns seem plenty now, IIRC TF1 had very few of them.

     

    This and BF1 didnt disappoint.

    Stuttering and hit detection both seem to have improved after latest patch. Not perfect, but more manageable now.

     

    But I still wonder how in hell do none of the reviews mention this drastic hindrance, especially when it can affect MP so much.

     

    Loving the game though, Operations mode is so good, but a bit too long if both teams are good. Also, I dont understand why in hell is the AT rocket gun only works in prone or in bipod mode. Its sucha bugfest to get it to work from cover... its like they literally chose to highlight the weak points of their game. Its just annoying and makes it even more useless in desperate situations. Its not like the tanks are already OP right? ohwaitaminute

     

    And, Medics Mondragon > all guns > all snipers :D

    Man the maps are so good. Their scale is almost on par with bfbc2 now I feel. No more single pixel enemies atop a 13466 floor building or campers hiding for 5653m headshots. Rush is back! Also operations seems a great addition, sorta combines the progression of a rush match but varies in objectives at each play area. UI is a nightmare though, buggy and sluggish, just like the beta.

    BattleField 4 had a few assets and maps that were similar between MP and SP.

     

    Still think this entire push for a single-player campaign in BattleField games is a useless expenditure by EA. Bad Company got lucky, the next three SP campaigns are snooze-worthy at best.

    BF campaigns have always been a doozy... But so have almost all single player stories to be honest. So may be we are just at the start of a new form of media? Like films, or even photographa, up until very recently (50-75 years), they were pretty dumb...?

    Guys on PC there's a fix for the stutter and FPS drops and even for the blurry image quality. Game has frame pacing issues thus the weird stutter even on lowest setting. Game runs perfectly for me now. Well almost.

     

    Blurriness fix- Put AA on low(wont result in jaggies!)+ disable DOF+ disbale motion blur= Profit.

     

    Stutter FIX- First disable in game vsync.

     

    Then for AMD users download and install Radeon Pro(enable its 64 bit mode in bottom right) and then add game's exe. Then in 'tweaks' setting enable Double Vsync Always On. Then Right click on exe and apply now. Play.

     

    For Nvidia, I dont know exactly but basically enable double vsync/half refesh rate or something of that sort in nvidia game settings. Not Adaptive one. Or just experiment with the vsync options.

     

    Read on GAF. Works for me.

    Anybody else not able to join any online sessions? It says found -> I press X (join) -> joining..but after few seconds, it just goes away. fRSj2sw.gif

    Same.

     

    Also is the online really deep in this? There are some perks that relate to capture the flag/virus car- style modes(like there were in Midnight Club games), but I dont see anything in the online section.

     

    Loving the game btw! Its a bit too 'clean' but then thats a different kind of fun once you appreciate it for what it is.

    No I like fps. Tps with mindless cover based shooting like Gears are not my favorite genre.

    I like tps with different elements like slow mo (Max Payne, Vanquish) or platforming (UC series) or good interesting world (Binary Domain) or good open world (Mafia, GTA) or good horror stuff (like RE series, Dino Crisis) or has exceptionally good graphics.

     

    Plane old cover based shooting from one area to another isn't really my thing. Maybe if it's for 1000-1500 bucks.

    My first time playing any of these games. So excited!

    Finally took the plunge and bought the game for PC. And holy sh*t how the hell is it DOWNLOADING SO FAST!!!??? Touch wood.

     

    Anyways add me up any of you who will be playing this or Gears 4 :punk:

    This might help out some folks with Win 10 downloads.. AFAIK you gotta have DOUBLE the size of the game you are installing FREE in the drive you are installing it in. I have had to do this for Forza apex, Gears 1, QB and even the recent Halo. Although not 100% sure, I am fairly certain of this.

    The best tip for Genji is map the jump button to L2(left trigger) and bunny hop opponents to death.

     

    For me Mcree is the most unusuable character specially with a controller's accuracy. Can imagine how he can dominate with a mouse though.

    Havent got a single skin or currency in the last 5 loot boxes I have opened. Thats approximately 5 hours of playtime worth of efforts for absolutely no reward for it. Lets stop being delusional and say that anyone actually cares about voice lines and stickers, or even victory poses for that matter OVER skins. This is totally not done.

     

    $60 given and then I have to be a f**king thankful obedient bot and not croticize this? I dont understand how all the major reviewers let this one slide. The obnoxious and adament gamers would say just play the game you COD noob... But thats just sucking up to this buy our loot boxes bullshit. Yes the game is amazing, but that doesnt give it the right to be an a**hole to the players who bought it.

     

    I know the skin is RIGHT THERE... which i could, in theory, equip and inject some much needed variation to this already low on content game. But no, 15 hours in and not a single legendary(or even purple) skin AFAIK.

     

    Criticize COD or BF as much as you want, but even when it comes to pure cosmetic unlocks they reward plenty and often. Even the recent Uncharted has a gazillion cosmetic stuff. Except for the few l33t players, you know what for us petty casual gamers such cosmetic stuff and rewards keeps it fresh.

    Love the game+ its depth and the mechanics but it surely lacks content on launch. I would have even given it a free pass if all the customization unlocks were progression based and actually free. Reached rank 15 and ranking up is getting really slow so the loot boxes are so rare now. Plus my last 3 boxes didnt give a single skin. Its clearly titled towards buying loot boxes with real money.

     

    I agree with Angry Joe's review for the most part... And any casual gamer will feel the same. Its stupid to blindly praise the game and forget all the shortcomings. Its like first we need to pay full money for the full game and then get it in chunks over a year or so... and then we need to be thankful to blizzard for the effort by not stating facts its shortcomings.

     

    Basically awesome awesome game ruined by greedy bastards. #nextgen

     

     

     

    On another note, of u r looking to buy skins and like me only care about how ur gun will look.. Here's a pic list..

    Competitive mode is missing. Second, how is the price not justified? If anything, $40 is fantastic price. Comparing to Battleborn which is $60 + 20.

     

    On top of that, all future maps and characters will be available for free. They are already working on plenty of things.

    Also overwatch is $60 on consoles.. I couldnt find a $40 normal edition on consoles... (I might be wrong)

     

    Also what do u mean battleborn is 60+20? Afaik BB also is gonna give all future maps,modes,n dlc as free 'unlockables'...

    Also from what little I have played it seems like there is no progression or unlock system except for skins and taunts etc customization options... Its weird to say it but i would like some little grinding to earn heroes/their skills.

    Just bought this on Steam.

     

    Most fun I have had playing a game in ages! A must buy.

     

    P.S. Anyone else playing this on PC? Apparently it has cross platform multiplayer with Playstation(3/4?),so community wont die anytime soon as is the case with such games on PC. Wonder if we can add friends from PS4, or party up with them.
