Thanks. Will do that.
By CC. Thanks for the great suggestion. I will file a dispute.
Yes, have done that several times (official complaints, social media, escalating to grievance officer etc)
I created another thread on twitter for this issue with flipkart.
Please show some like/RT love

But i'm curious how they will handle shipping though...? There are customs charges and shipping costs right?
Yeah, they should cover shipping themselves. For customs, they'd mark it as review/sample piece so most of the times there's no customs as long as it is not super expensive. Bigger companies who have some kind of presence in india cover customs as well or some companies reimburse the customs levied if any. In worst case though, you may have to bear customs.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but i have been contacted by a huge company called GAMEVICE(no,it's not a scam i checked thoroughly and it looks like it's the company directly contacting me from a post i made on the state of telescopic controllers for android) which makes telescopic/stretchable controllers for android...they are the ones who made the Razer kishi btw.
They are giving me a free Gamesir Flex controller compatible with android phones + gamepass ultimate for 3 months for posting a detailed review. Not sure how customs and shipping will be handled because this controller isn't launching in india so i'm thinking it will be shipped from the US.
Can't find a relevant forum here so oh well...do any of y'all ever been contacted like this on any products or such? Idk what to do.
Yeah, I’ve received such requests many times. Good to go as long as they are not asking for any financial details or PII except shipping address from you.

Eddakhil is after INGRAM/PGPortal
Thanks. Will do that.
18 hours ago, KunjanPSD said:How did you pay for it?
FK was stringing me as well for 15k worth of vouchers I ordered.
INGRAM complaint was taking time so I initiated chargeback on my CC, gave all the proofs and won the dispute.
By CC. Thanks for the great suggestion. I will file a dispute.

I think 95k-ish ?
Getting really good battery on 14 PM. Nearly 12 hours of SoT with AoD on, and high usage with the phone.
Same on my PM. Wife's pro is holding up pretty well too considering she uses hers a lot more than me and hasn't complained even once so far.

I remember buying PSN codes from shady sellers on ebay before flipkart killed it. Never had a problem.
And this one is from their own "RetailNet" / flipkart assured seller

Guys need help, Flipkart randomly canceled one of my orders without my consent. I just got a sms saying order is canceled as courier could not deliver to my location even when all my other items were delivered fine.
They have given me the refund but I got that order on a really good discount and actually wanted it to be delivered.
Is there anything I can do in this case?
You should be glad you got a refund. I ordered a psn code from them 3 weeks ago which they haven't sent till now. Their customer care confirmed that they can't deliver due to some availability issue but are not even refunding the money.

MBK ? When are you travelling ?
Also, did you check physical stores or only online ?
Traveling tonight. Checked online for physical store availability.
Heard that MBK doesn't have new iPhone generally, but will check it out. My hotel is attached to MBK

Does anyone know of any solid places to score an iPhone 14 pro max from in Bangkok? Apple store and PowerBuy seem to be OOS.

What are your tips for things to do or avoid in/around Bangkok for family?

No NAS, definitely no KDE or Linux.
KDE connect works on iOS/macOS/Windows as well
It started off as a KDE app, but has graduated into a cross platform one since quite some time.

But how are you transferring/backing up 4K videos and PRORAW stuff ?
For example, while I do have Google One, I also keep an offline storage of all photos and videos. Transferring large files is a pain in the a*s with USB 2.Everything is auto transferred up to NAS over wifi. If I need to really transfer files back and forth directly anytime then kde connect (over wifi)

Doesn't Amazon India sucks when it comes to pre-order deliveries?
That I’m not too sure of. I’m 100% digital

I dont think the slower transfer speeds are going to be a problem for many people. E.g. I haven’t done any wired transfers for the last probably 10 years or so.

bro they showed you exactly what you wanted to see, nothing in that trailer is spoiler, that is all known. Don't be durprised if thor vs Kratos is the opening of the game itself, from where probably thor will fled to come back as final boss again with Odin probably.
Trailer is just fine, builds the hype well.

Whats the best place to get the standard edition on day 1 and get some discount too?
Buy from Amazon if you have apay icici card to get 5% discount
Otherwise buy psn vouchers from flip kart in small denominations to add multiple and thus get 5-10% discount + credit card cashbacks etc and then buy from psn

Anecdotal, but a few relatives had terrible issues within months with the new Moto phones. I love their clean skin and design, but long term ownership is still a bit messy. Next best to Pixels for clean Android though.
Asus zenfone lineup is great too for clean Android

I checked for a few countries like Singapore, and it seems the local sim option is cheaper if one wants high data usage. The esims are a great option though.
There are better options as well which are close to local sim many times. Check https://esimdb.com/
Is very convenient. Main issue is that most of these are data only plans. Though if you use an iPhone, I’ve heard that it can use it as a replacement for wifi in VoWifi and thus resolve that too

Which one do you prefer btw ? Specially for Asian countries?
I've tried only flexiroam so far once. My personal phone doesn't support esim so had tried it with an office pixel phone. It worked fine but i plan to try out airalo next month after i get a new phone for myself.

For me, travel necessitates purchase of a local country sim. Much cheaper than Airtel's expensive international roaming plans with byte sized data.
Just can't do without a physical sim slot unfortunately.
There's a much better option these days. Buy an esim from airalo/flexiroam etc. Can buy from their apps whenever you want. No documentation jhanjhat also.

How's desktop related work on a 32" ? Doesn't it gets overwhelming ? Or one gets used to it ?
It isn't overwhelming at all. I use two 32 inchers side by side.

hi, any device on sale which gives much better overall streaming performance than LG TV’s in-built apps for OTT streaming?
Apple TV is the only device that works better than LG OLED's built in apps
