    Phone dimension and S-View flip cover pics, Rear body thickness does not increase much due to the S-View flip cover and the cover feels to be of good quality material, I could clean it without any issues as it caught a tea stain smudge yesterday.

    :clap3: Received my White frost Galaxy S4 from Samsung e-store this week Monday. Posting few initial pics of the promotional accessory content that came along with the phone. I have got a regular flip cover worth Rs 1,799 and an S-view flip cover worth Rs 2,999 as a part of complimentary give away for first 400 online orders on first come first serve basis.

    Also received a promotional gift card as discount of value worth Rs 550 from Samsung app store.

    Strangely when I posted a query to Samsung customer care before I received the phone, as to how would I get this promotional material and how to claim it, they replied stating I would be notified if I was eligible and would be receiving free accessories as well, nevertheless follow up efforts saved.

    Would be exploring S4 this week, so watch out for a detailed review on the phone coming up.

    I noticed that I did not belong to the iOS/Apple cult anyways, and deeper OS integration with apps on android platform is what I always wanted with the freedom to tinker around with the device, I tried using Funbook and felt 7 inch screen tablet was best suited for my mobile gaming needs and managing my social media stuff as I was actually abusing my Galaxy note battery badly!

     

    Why would u sell your iPad2 and buy the tab at almost 22k :S...anyway, great product.

    Got my Google Nexus 7 16GB Tablet yesterday! :clap3: Enjoying the pure Android experience, super fast and smooth. Doing a full tablet review this week.

     

    1. Ordered on 22/7/12, received delivery on 11/8/12

    2. Cost: Rs 21690

    3. Brought from Ebay retailer : Cart2India

     

    Sold my iPad 2 and had considered Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, I personally do not like the endless wait from Samsung related to Google OS updates, testing tablet this week as I have read some display related issues which were encountered by some buyers else no issues until now with the product, was little worried reading online feedback for Cart2India, however deal went well.

    @choy @harish sangwan Nokia N8 is retailing for 26K at nokia priority shop. J J Mehta & Sons store at nakshatra mall in dadar is selling it for 23K but he only has silver colour and handset out of stock right now with him. chkd with few dealers in vashi also they are selling it for 25K with only grey colour handset. Online price is at 24K on Indiaplaza.in

     

    OS look wise seems dated but does not matter to me, handset scores on overall performance, camera and gaming capability. A android or iOS fan may not like this one but i am a dedicated Nokia fanboy

    4.67 lakhs on road Pune price, do not expect any freebies on this one this machine as it is selling well for Chevy right now, i tried to bargain and get something out of the dealer but no luck.

     

    This one is my upgrade from ALTO LXI i owned earlier, ride is really smooth and both interiors and exteriors are striking. This one is a a real head turner after Swift and has retained the concept design to the max after coming out of production.

     

    Gear shifting is slightly stiff as of now, you may read lot of stuff in reviews and motoring sites about the problem with 2nd gear pickup it's nothing like that very minuscule effect on pickup in fact that's actually a boon for riding in bumper to bumper city traffic on slow speeds you need not change gears frequently thus giving you some improvement in mileage.

     

    I'm planning to get the OEM speakers changed and get a remote lock installed next month during my first car check up, overall buying experience has being pleasant with GM dealer Pashankar Auto Wheels at Satara Road, Pune. Also there was a gold rush scheme going on with assured 2.5 gm gold coin but the dealer informed me that the gold coins would be delivered to him in another 15-20 days, so worried about it little.

     

    I was going to be a Maruti Brand Loyalist and had Ford Figo and Maruti Ritz in mind for upgrade, Ritz was pricey and was missing some features in top variant and i know the limited success Ford has had in India with Ford Fiesta so their A.S.S (After Sales Service) in Pune was a big question mark for me, the dealer attitude was pathetic when i asked for test drive, they asked me to come to their showroom and next time i asked them to come to my office premise for TD, even then no response and the third call i got pissed me off badly, The lady on the phone talks to me" Sir agar aap gaadi abhi 2-3 din main book nahin karoge to price badh jayegi" there was no sign of TD and this lady is asking me to go an purchase the car like a vegetable from market!

     

    Figo had won me only with a big plus of space in the rear seat and the largest boot space, I had snapped some TD pics of BEAT before launch on Mumbai Pune E-Way in Dec 09 and i was bowled over.

     

    Deciding factors for my Purchase:

    • Looks
    • Features
    • Excellent handling and riding comfort
    • VFM

    Rear legroom is adequate and not cramped, Boot space is small just 170 Ltr, car suspension is awesome you can read a review here with latest comparo of BEAT with other Hatchbacks

    any reason u didnt get the GOTY edition? it has all 5 DLCs

    anyways, its an awesome game. :lol: my fav RPG

     

    I got a good deal from ShopTo, ordered it from UK for 1300 bucks with shipping , GOTY edition would have costed me close to 2000 bucks with shipping i think i would have enough time completing the main game and other two expansion packs

    Brought Super Street Fighter IV from Play-Asia received game today after 11 days (shipped on 5th May), would be playing a fighting game after a very very loooooong time, i remember playing Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter when i was a kid on those 8 bit and 16 bit cartridges
