  1. The DV and HDR look a tad different on FS 4K as compared to native WebOS apps. I prefer the native apps tbh. Quick, sleek, work well. After Apple TV was added to C8, I don't think I've even turned the FS on.
  2. How do you know it was BD who called ? Did you ask for tracking details ?
  3. Vivobook. Only get the ones with Ryzen 5 Hexa Core and above. No worth it to get older Ryzen processors/Intel now. Edit: Asus VivoBook 14 Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 4500U - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) M413IA-EK581T Thin and Light Laptop http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/asus-vivobook-14-ryzen-5-hexa-core-4500u-8-gb-512-gb-ssd-windows-10-home-m413ia-ek581t-thin-light-laptop/p/itm5406815a95d31?pid=COMFSKF9YYUGSHAS&cmpid=product.share.pp Only con I see is the TFT display.
  4. What's your budget ? For iOS users - AP Pro Android with ANC - WF1000XM3 Android with ANC and workout - WFSP800N Tad cheaper options - Jabra Elite 75T and 75T Good sound in budget price - Levitek Levi, Jabra 65T/Elite 65T, Anker Liberty series (don't remember the exact model name) Amazon sale is only for Prime today. FK sale has started for all.
  5. If it's about ATV+, great catalog. Almost all shows are above average, and some are real gems - The Morning Show, Ted Lasso, Defending Jacob, Trying, Greyhound, Tehran, Mythic Quest etc. The streaming quality on 4k HDR is better than Netflix.
  6. Only common backup is photos (which does eat up a good chunk, but better to have multiple backups than lose redundancy). Considering most bluray remuxes are on average 60gb, and most such TV series hit 100gb+, the total number is around 250 odd movies/TV shows. Another stash is for comics ~ 1.5 TB. r/datahoarder, here I come.
  7. Beg to differ on TWS. Great options on sale. WF/SP series from Sony, Airpods Pro, Jabra stuff, Anker Liberty series, Levitek, Shantling etc.
  8. Get a high end 2.1 rather than a soundbar. Or a decent 5.1. Edifier/Swans can get you good options in that price range.
  9. I store all my photos across multiple drives, and then bluray remuxes hit 50gb+ at the minimum. So storage fills up like crazy. Sitting on filled up 16TB right now. Was waiting for sale before downloading stuff.
  10. Flipkart has better deals on HDD. Got the 5TB one for 7200 with SBI CC. Thinking of getting another one. You can never have enough storage. Lol.
  11. They're decent pods. I think they will go for 5-6k. Good enough for that price.
  12. Dude, they are so non committal to Exynos that they don't even use it in their parent country. There's a battery hit, the optics are bettered by OP8P, and in many cases cheaper P4a (except the UW and tele), and I've seen enough thermal issues to not consider it. Been watching S20+, OP8T/P, P4a and a couple of other phone comparisons for many days now. I LOVE the way it looks, but it's gonna be either an import Pixel or import iPhone.
  13. Who's talking about benchmarks ? The battery is clearly hit on Exynos variants, and there are thermal throttling issues with 990.
  14. I so want to get S20+. 50k is a good price point, but f**k EXYNOS.
  15. If you don't need an excellent camera, and can work with a mediocre one, get the Nord/OP. If you like guaranteed Android updates for 3 years, can live with a tad lower battery, but camera is a focus point, get the Pixel. Exynos is a sh*t show. Avoid.
  16. New packings of iPhone 11 and below are also ditching the charger - just so you know. Most companies will follow Apple's lead and ditch chargers now. In this case though, looks like a special SKU for this sale ?
  17. Google seems to treat Pixel like a stepson. In the most recent presentation, they spent 20 mins on speakers, and 5-6 mins on phones. Shows were the priorities are. Plus the big man leading Google camera development is gone. Have to see how they improve the image processing further.
  18. Pizza se yaad aaya that we had pizza today: Used Wingreens Peri Peri dip as pizza sauce, along with garlic butter. Yum. Edit: Dlecta cheese >>>>>>>> Amul cheese.
  19. Most big YouTubers are already out with P5 vs OP8T comparisons since both the embargos lifted at the same time. It's still f**king surprising how the 4 year old camera module on P5 beats the f**k out of OP8T. It's crazy.
  20. Yeah. Sony has stopped selling phones in India also. Their new X1 II or whatever the heck it's called is actually a pretty good phone. The P4a is a compact-ish phone. 5.8inch.
  21. Until the factories under PLI scheme get functional, I don't think price cuts are coming. Hence 2022-2023 onwards. They will export too. FWIR, 22 mega corps have been given the license under the scheme so far, including Foxconn, Wistron and others, all who produce stuff for Apple. Edit: Also Apple opening an offical online store does signify interest in India. I think it'll take time to mature for the Indian market though.
  22. Made for both domestic and exports. And most likely by 2023. The mini is not a cut down iPhone. It's the same as iPhone 12 in a compact body for those who prefer that size. Nothing wrong. The innards remain the same.
  23. To add - the new phones all seemed THICK compared to last gen - probably getting all that 5G tech inside, including 5mmwave stuff. Battery was also not mentioned since it might take a hit while using 5G. While the phones are interesting for someone vested into photography, the design will sadly take 2 more generations to mature.
