I follow a guy called imac_too on twitter He is a champ when it comes to decoding what is going on in MH. They work 16-18 hrs a day and then either go to designated hotel or crash in the Doctors rest area itself in the hospital. These people deserve better, Army enforced Law & Order will ensure that the cases won’t spike like they did elsewhere.

problem is that there is no real lockdown. They have been nudged by Center to have Army deployed, not once but twice but out of ego they didn't accept it. There has to be ruthless L&O in such situations, if there is no video of police beating the crap of violators coming out of the state, there is no L&O in place.
