Yes noticing the death/critical graph for EU/UK very closely

Only other region with majority of AstraZeneca vaccinations

    It’s very good sign

    Actually, data is little scary.

unless my brain is that of a Democrat what I see is:

    1+19+50/6242+13715+7325=0.26%
    vs
    44/53822=0.08%

Am I doing something wrong here guys?

And how does the deadly Delta that we all need to be scared of, have a .08% death rate, thats even lower than regular COVID.

And again unless my brain is to the left, it looks like the >50, or older than 50 crowd get hit with this.  <50 or younger than 50 not so much.

Can someone explain this to me that I am a retard and I got it all mixed up?

I agree vaccinating a country with population like ours is a huge task , but claiming moral victory on absolute numbers doesn't change the reality that unless we can fully vaccinate a huge number of our population like 50% we wouldn't be able to return to normalisation like other countries have .

Also If only this report was based on Vaccinations done , India would have definitely ranked higher.

It also depends on severity of lockdown , current covid status* in the country , quality of life, vaccinated travel route and more .

Well, I never said we are in all-clear, we are far from it.

we need to constantly hit 75L target everyday.

Look at Australia, they have given just 30% of its  population at least one dose, just 60L!

They lockdown the whocle even if 1 case comes up.

  3. All these comparison are chu*giri.

India has administered more doses than US, despite vaccinations started a month later than US,

it gives vaxx to 1 New Zealand everyday.

Canada has given 1 dose to their 75% population. 75% for us means nearly 70cr adults, for Canada less than 3 Cr.

It's incredibly convenient but it's also made frauds easier. Double edged sword.

    It's still amazing though.

If I compare it to how CC are treated in the US, using w/o pin, calling to give CC number for transaction, it is still much secure.

I know people have made others fool like by requesting payment in stead of making one, but fraud will try to fraud.

This is digital so get a lot of eyeballs but traditional fraudsters still thrive with age-old banking system.

UPI & digital transactions are a game changer. Even in the interiors small shops are using gpay/bhim etc.  Even in our village which is at a remote place, more than half the shops are accepting UPI payments but no one has a CC machine.

We went on a road trip to pondy couple of years back with my BIL who came from AUS.

We were talking about ease of payments via UPI and he didn’t believe me until I paid for Chai with UPI in a roadside village with barely 50 houses and population less than 500.
