Still bugs present like the odd game not loading and going directly to the scoreboard screen. However, played a whole bunch of games online via matchmaking last night and had no problem getting a match. Later tried a custom game without issue.

Happened to me too. Even when I was in a party, it put us in separate teams. Screen cheating possibilities yes, but it does avoid having overly powerful teams like in Titanfall which put everyone in a party in one team.Hopefully the patch will come out on time this time. I just played a 7v6 game in which there was a guy on our team, and his guest was on the other team.
Hey I haven't played with unbalanced teams lately, but is it still really difficult to switch teams every round? I'm the all time offense guy during ctf so I kinda need that to work.

Slightly scary though that the first thing that comes to your mind is NOT getting betrayed for your gun but betraying others...
Sometimes I end up throwing perfect fire grenades across the map (as Trigger happy and L33t found often) only to have someone from my team sep in and take it while melee-ing the enemy. Similarly with the sniper. For me it's more than just slightly scary cos the people I'm betraying are my Principal and Sr. Director level people at work
I think my worst betrayal was when I was picking up the sword in that forested area on the Guardian map and turning around to find my teammate spawn right in front of me. First reaction was to use the sword

No no, not those. We're talking about the intentional betrayals. (Right?)
You pick up the sniper only to be murdered by your own teammate because he wanted that sniper.
PS - The one you mentioned is hysterical though!
Lol, I'll do that to people who pick up the shotgun or the overshield when I call out for it ahead of time.

I hate when it happens. Standing on one side of the guardian map and taking aim at the other, some genius from my own team will drop right down from center high to take my bullet
and earn me a betrayal. -
I looked up an interview with someone from 343 that seemed to suggest it being intentional. Don't have the link cos I'm on my phone and travelling. I had to use game dvr to permanently record stuff.^^ Yeah bro. That's the most evil thing they've done!
Are you sure it's intentional? I'm hoping it's just a bug.

I miss being able to save the entire game clip for later viewing... Now they tell you to use game dvr instead to save bits of theater clips.

Had a fun game Sunday with trigger and l33t and one drunk guy from my team at work. Had quite some trouble getting the game started (though a lot better than a few days ago and custom games seem alright), the matchmaking needs a lot of work.
We played a custom guardian map (on which the green gun / fuel tod Cannon won't show up at all for some reason, another bug) and I did my best to piss people off with mines, fire grenades and a shotgun.

I wish it would be fixed soon. Yeah I'm having to wait anywhere from 15 mins to an hour to get a match that's non custom. It always gets just below the required number of players. The worst was the first time when it connected and disconnected randomly till 6 hours after first trying I finally got a match this morning. It doesn't seem as bad as that 6 hour wait anymore and I get that it's like managing 4 games at once for 343 but this kind of sh*t shouldn't be happening on a Halo launch.Played customs for 3 hours last night , it seems to have improved after the update and was very enjoyable just like old days.
No luck in matchmaking for me yet,though some of my friends were able to find a few games. f**ckin MS taking so much time.

Have been playing a ton of custom games on Guardian on H3 and Lockout and Ascension. This is so much fun and so much better on the One. Even made our custom Guardian map for the office games. H2A seems to have quite a far-reaching sword lunge.

Okay now I'm able to find games... I hope it works on custom games in the office. I kinda miss system link.

Halo 1 and 2 got the full anniversary treatment and 4 was shiny to begin with. 3 is the only one that has gotten merely a resolution and fps bump (with some lighting upgrades from the looks of it).

Thanks guys.... I'm really jealous of all my coworkers that got Microsoft stock back in the late 90s... Now they have the money to afford such cars.
