    That is a question you should ask the consoul guys, my friend.. It is a clear case of showing something else and selling something else... You should definitely let them know it is not done. They have taken 350 bucks for a tshirt which is worth much less and on top of that sent it so late.. and cherry on top, were rude about the whole thing as well (locking the thread so others dont come to know about their malpractices :( )

     

    They also cheated ppl about the milestone shirts.. they didnt tell the guys before taking the money that not everyone will get them though every vendor knew that (prashant told even before he started the preorder)

     

    BTW, the official milestone t-shirts we got are much better than these ones..

     

    I did. Just PM'ed them one essay now... i'm not at all happy. I put the pics up on IVG just to see what you guys all thought about it too. And yeah locking the thread when the offer hadn't exactly come to completion was flatout nasty.

     

    You guys mostly know how dead set i am against gaming wear and CEs and sh*t, but this was my birthday gift (along with the game of course) but if i tell people that i got this tee from my birthday they will laugh :lol: Of course I got a lot of other stuff for my birthday to wear, but this t-shirt.. :P

     

    I want that ME2 t-shirt too but no place I can buy it..

    It was free abhi but you had to pay MRP for the game.... so 350 more :P

     

    @Gaurav: Ask for your money back bro....and hasn't been more than a month since the game came out...so late :lol:

     

    I really thought it wasn't worth the money paid though i didn't mind the time it took. Mum was like how much was this 150?? But then I don't usually fight with people over things after they are purchased...

     

    Still I thought it was somewhat OK in comparison to the other t-shirt offer on IVG (I think gs_online was giving away a "Chaos will rise" shirt), though 350 and a month's delay is not quite acceptable.

    Thanks guys, I got that bumblebee at a local toy store, have some other transformer action figures as well. They are quite easily available if you look, it was around 1500 INR I think.

     

    Disclaimer : I work in the gaming industry and there is a lot more hardware ill love to show you guys :P I sense a dedicated thread coming up.

     

    How about a crossfire 5970 rig (I know its senseless but meh) Also have a bunch of other stuff. Am mostly a Mac guy but had to buy the alienware because was getting owned at office for not having a PC. And heck I always wanted a alienware and the M11x is amazing VFM. Own 3 PS3's and just bought a XBOX as well :P. I tried getting in touch with the mods to set up a contest have a bunch of games to give away, anyone here?

    anyways they should be happy tht they did not let delhi finish quick. their run rate is still higher than delhis. If deccan looses tmorrows match then RCB, Delhi and CSK are pretty much confirmed for semis due to their NRR

     

    DC and RR need to lose a match each and then CSK needs to win against KXIP. Tough odds but still not completely impossible with that Run Rate that they have. Provided they don't lose like idiots to KXIP again. Dhoni should think about trying to play proper shots instead of touring red light areas :cheers: in Chennai.. and that PoS Balaji needs to be thrown out of the team along with that waste of money Hussey. Might as well have played Ntini instead of Hussey.

    so rajasthan and punjab is def out...KKR is also almost gone

     

    Bangalore will more or less go through now having the best run rate.

     

    so its fight basically between CSK, DD and deccan for last two positions.

     

     

    CSk just have to win the next 2 :unsure: oh my...

    don't be silly DS. i'd like to know if i could use all of those 'features'.. more like capabilities really. coz features are actually useful. doesn't matter if in like 10 years of using mobiles i've never felt the need to do/use them. but i would like to know i can. coz then it goes on the checklist. which i can type out. and feel meself grow as the list grows longer, longer and longer. till i need a tissue. :rofl:

     

    oh..and nevermind the fact that the capabilities i use the most are .. er.. em.. THIS :

    @DS, it ain't about spare batteries, it's about being able to have the freedom to meddle with my device. While one thing's important to u, I prefer something else... but there's this teenage mutant ninja turtle dp'ed guy who comes out of nowhere with "iPhone is all there is, Steve Jobs is god, bow bow before him ye all" each time you mention something else on this thread.

     

    yes, nokia have fallen behind, but look what you're comparing - a 20k phone (that is the X6) against what's on a 30k plus device supposedly meant to be the Jesus phone.

    Let me give u a perspective

    1. I dont carry spare batteries with me. Nor does anyone I know do..even with their other phones.

    2. Camera is great for its use. Dont talk about megapixels here. There is NOTHING u can do with a 12 mpx camera fitted on a phone with such a small sensor. Its stupid and infact phone cams r best till 3.2 mpx. Improve the sensor, not the mpx.

    3. A lot like me, donot want flash on our browsers. I block flash on my PC except for youtube and vimeo, m glad I dont have it on my phone and most websites i visit dont use it much except for ads. Then again this is my perspective. I dont play farmville! :D

    4. BT can be done after JB. Not an argument but yes it can be

     

    Multitasking was there wit the very first symbian phone as well. Was that good? the constantly getting hanged ddin't help either.. A good multitasking device would be WinMo, Palm's WebOS and android. I think they really did a good job with multitasking.

     

    edit: These feature vs feature discussion has been beaten to death a gazillion times. It'll never stop. And seriously dude, no offence, nokia is out of the radar by a mile. I dont see how they can resurrect themselves. Look what MS did with that bloody KIN :rofl:. The more I think now..I think its just Android and iphone OS now. No one else matters

     

    That very same perspective is what I'm talking about when it comes to my preference for features over having a smooth OS. Sadly, mr iChilles doesn't see that and needs to give himself an orgasm by making fun of the X6 now and then.

     

    The Symbian devices currently out are pretty good at multitasking, even the N79. But noooo, there's only the "i" for u ppl.

     

    Btw DS, how come dabba being called idiot riled u up so much, but me being called queer was all good fun? hmmm??

    go play with the X6 and all of the 79 apps with multitasking and finger 'scrolling'. shoo kitty kitty.

    yeah, while u fap at your iphone's wonderful ability to transfer files over bluetooth, not to mention being able to change your battery so easily, and did i mention taking pics with your wonderful camera, and browsing all those flash based sites... oh wait i forgot, the iphone can't do flash :doh:... ... Maybe you can be happy with some video calling over skype mobile... oh, yeah no front cam either eh? tsk tsk...

     

    Enjoy all these benefits while you wait for your phone to be UPGRADED with the ability to multitask.. yeah that's an awesome FEATURE to have in this day and age... all hail apple!

    2.yeah i read dat displaymate report. Dat color problem is a firmware problem / app issue. Not a hardware issue with the screen.

    i've really never had a problem in direct sunlight. infact it's quite visible compared to most phones. on the other hand i read somewhere that the OLED screen's color representation is not that accurate. :mellow:

    Well, the IPL has become more entertainment than sport. Advertising even between balls, advertising during balls (Kamaal catch, DLF maximum etc). Its all just annoying to the point where the cricket is being buried.

    I wish everyone thought like that. But its an open secret IPL is just a business. And u have astronomical salaries and other expenses to pay. When u keep losing, u lose sponsors and viewer interest. The owners can be passionate, but they have also invested hoping of some financial returns as well.

     

    Exactly, you can't expect him to be happy after a not-too-good showing in each IPL. Especially cos they're paying insane amounts to acquire franchisees and players, and they expect the advertising they get from this to pay off big time. If the advertising itself (as in the team's image) is bad, then you lose money.
