so, i got tata indicom wimax (infinity 500 plan) with dynamic ip connected at my place... can someone tell me how da hell i can connect 2 psn???
its a wired connection n no multiple systems running... m happy with single user, but if it wont connect with ps3, then wats da point of having it!!!

1. WTF do you mean by a dynamic IP ?
2. You have a log in service ? Which ISP ?
3. Which Router ? ( Firmware if you can find out would do good )
4. Go to WAN settings and there will be drop down menu
1. afaik wen u hav dyn ip, u gotta log in 2 ur isp using given user id n pwd 2 access net... like BSNL for example... each time u log in, u get a different ip address, which is really helpful if u r a frequent down-loader frm rapidshare or hotfile etc... no waiting time... just disconnect, reconnect n download new files...

I dunno about dynamic IP but I use a PC, a laptop and a phone with a single modem over wifi. I am currently posing this from my notebook.
then u must be having static ip... do u have 2 log in every time u switch on da modem or just start da modem n get connected automatically???
@Parker , bhai dynamic ip is just a different way of connecting to the ISP like static Ip , PPPoE , works like any other net connection
there's a way which i mentioned in kz3 thread... but its a choice of either-or n not in a conventional way... if wi-fi cant help da purpose, then it will be a royal PITA
...i've also heard of a way where u change da system files (dll) a little n then u dont hav 2 log in every time u try 2 connect 2 da internet... it'll be done automatically when u switch on da modem... but i've seen it work only for BSNL users... nvr heard of anyone with other ISPs trying such things...

POTC4 - Fun movie. Nothing more, nothing less. If you enjoyed the past entries in the series, you should like it. Johnny Depp was great as usual and there were a few really lol-worthy lines.
PS: There is a short scene after the credits where... Angelica finds the Jack Sparrow voodoo doll while stranded on the island.

ok here's da deal...
i changed my indicom wi-max bb plan... now i hav static ip instead of dynamic... today i tried logging into PSN n it worked, for a brief moment though... it gets disconnected frm PSN after 10 mins or so n then i've 2 restart da modem 2 try again
... cant update a thing 
... anyone knws how 2 fix dis sh*t...
every time it gets dc, at da time of reconnecting it fails detecting NAT type... default is type 3 btw...
tried giving DNS manually... but it wont detect internet connection after dat... so had 2 keep it default...
wat might be da issue here, so dat i can ask customer care to resolve
