  1. watched guns of navarone and where eagles dare with my grandfather yesterday....CLASSICS

gonna watch wait until dark, roman holiday, and rear window today

    peace

Awesome....you too seem to be on a classics spree....I also revisited the Great Escape & the The Dirty Dozen yesterday night! Oldies rock!

  2. Bugatti Veyron v/s Eurofighter Typhoon

Richard Hammond from the Top Gear TV Show (the same one that has tied up with Sony for Gran Turismo TV in GT 5) races a Veyron against a fighter jet

(This guy will never learn. Last year he nearly died when he crashed a drag racer on the show.)

Nice vid. And I think it was equal parts greediness and the blown right tire which lead to the crash. Somehow he is one who is always in these kind of stunts on top gear, what with he sitting in a car for a man vs. machine freezing (low temperature) test...among other stuff!

  3. stop whining...i work saturdays and sundays

good news: this is the last time i'll be working saturdays and sundays

    peace

We have from a definitive source that you are in possession of pes 2008. So alls well in ur world....hence we refuse the bow to ur non-whining command ....:eyebrow2: until i get all the games/accesories/ps3 i want

p.s: please dont ban me :wink5:

  4. This thread is a corrupting influence on ahem... * dreamers* like myself. Would mind if junta bought crappy stuff, but unfortunately posts like this one ^^....makes me feel like a  ....you guys are sure rolling in the dough!

I just bought 2 play and charge kits... :cry5:

p.s: We should have like a Gaming financial planning thread where budding greenspan's can pass on some tips?

  5. ^^

I watched it....Deja-vu....cause I have seen the same Kool-Aid guy scene in one of the other episodes. This surely must be a dream episode or something....but yes I do agree its a different direction. From stewie coveting to acheiving it....interesting.

Thanks for the episode dude, it was enjoyable.

  6. ^^ Even the first one was no walk in the 'G' park, but nevertheless it was extremely gay. Hopefully these Strause brother directors do a better job with their "R" leeway.

Oh yeah, and Jennifer Connelly is in it...

 queen , goddess , divine

yaa..she is goddes..i am watching Dark water on Star Movies...it is a quite old(2005)..but she is rocking.. :)

Yep she is a goddess alright. And she can act too.....personal fav was Requiem for a Dream. To top it all she's from my alma mater.... sigh. ...there are times I wish I was Paul Bettany :cry5:

  7. Nah... he should go back to making movies like Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. I think he has done enough to convince people of his love for old B flicks by doing the Kill Bill series and Death Proof.

Well yes...maybe the reason I admire him is that he is a certified pothead! :giggle: Pretentious sometimes yes, highlighting foot fetishes yes, and utter nonsensical (relatively speaking) dialogue, but I kinda like this combo!

Did you really not like Kill Bill series? Was not like his earlier works, but I still found it entertaining in polished yet emotionally detatched manner....maybe too few dope references in the movie!

  8. but if i play in the day with the night unltd (749) plan, wont it exceed the monthly limit? (1.3 gb i think)

You can bank on exceeding the limit if its that low. Depends on your usage though. Elsewhere on the forum the approximate ( its really approximate) internet usage has been discussed and the estimates vary from 60 MB/hour to 200 MB/hour, depending on the game type in question, number of players and other related parameters.

And why would you want to play in the day mate? :D For the 360i's night-time seems to be where the actions at!

Though the speeds don't seem too bad, I am concerned about the ping times. I have not seen anyone with sub 100 ms ping times for anyone (even junta with insane download/upload speeds) on the forum. What's up with that?

    which plan do u have

Supposedly a "upto 2 MBps" Airtel Broadband connection. But why have you used a server in Pakistan to check your speed, won't mumbai be closer?

  10. Saw Bhool Bhuliya today. It is seriously awesome. One of the few movies in which you laugh and also get scared.AMI MONJULIKA!!!!!!

True...quite freaky the way the "bhootni" looked.....I didnt know whether to laugh or get scared....but I think I kinda sided with the latter! But the second half of the movie dragged on a little too much, don't you think?

    7/10

  11. Evan Almighty was a mistake from the beginning. Steve Carell is just no replacement for Jim Carrey. Universal really stepped in it with this turd.

Speaking of Steve Carell, anyone watch 'Little Miss Sunshine', its an awesome satirilicious dark touching comedy! 9/10

  12. What ?? Force India?? to do what ?

Force some of India to watch F1 live on site, and then chug down a few complimentary UB beverages ( no I am not talking about bottled water)

    Wishful thinking... :catfight:

However, the name suks .....reminds me of a cartoon I used to watch ....Force Five or something....

  13. ^^ Melena was a decent movie, a little weird at times but not bad. I finally saw "Sin City" yesterday, it was AMAZING anyone who hasn't seen it is missing out. Also saw "Resident Evil: Extinction" yesterday, it's probably one of the worst movies i have seen... it was just sooooooooooooooooooooooo bad.

I think you mean "Irreversible"? But anyway I loved the movie...found it disturbing and emotionally raw

I know the name. I was wondering if anyone would catch on. You did

That was a sneaky one MT! Just so that you know I caught on the "Malena" != "Melena" thingie too, but thought it would be too patronizing to function as a title spellcheck! ^_^

I just got through Saam Gaang yi aka Three Extremes for the umpteenth time ....... boy was it messed up and yet soo enchanting!

Finished Paprika yesterday, highly recommend it for fans of quality serious anime (not the poetic Miyazake kind though!)

Sin City was studmax. But I was looking forward to watching Resident Evil 3.....but dashed hopes.....
