    I dont think a 8800GT can handle 3007WFP in games at medium-high settings..correct me if im wrong

     

    as for the others im sure that most of the people who are willing to spend 10k+ on gpu will have atleast a 19"

     

     

    Do you think i would be stuck with this same card should i Get a 30" fp? I would surely have a GTX 280 SLI setup :P But one thing is for sure, this 8800 GT was a godsend for us PC gamers at the right time. Else, an 8800 GTX was the only way of playing crysis properly, now my system can play this bozo with no problems whatsoever.

    with all this dx10, 11 talks going on; how many people actually have the monitors to show these gfx cards potential in all their glory? Anyone with a monitor that can output 1080p? Currently i have a 17" inch monitor hooked to an eVGA 8800 GT and feel pretty stupid about this. :wallbash: I personally i'm waiting to get my hands on the Dell 3007WFP. Thats when we'll see the true potential of the gfx cards we currently own...

    +1. Also, please let us know where you got these prices (hyperlinks??). If you're planning to import them, then keep custom+shipping charges in mind, and if you're planning to get these items through someone staying abroad coming to India then it's a completely different ball (price) game.

    Try posting the system only with mobo, one RAM module, and prc, and see what happens..remove all external peripherals as well. If you get a keyboard failure error, then connect only the keyboard and see if you can go to the bios. A long continuous beep, can also be a stuck key on the keyboard. If it's a blinking cursor after the manufacturer's logo; then it most probably can be the HDD as well.

    Seems like you might need to enable Microphone Boost to get better responsiveness from your Microphone. I am on Vista, so it will be hard for me to explain but here is a better tutorial for XP.

    I guess the issue he mentioned is completely different. You've posted a solution to increase overall microphone volume, whereas his issue is that the volume "automatically" decreases whenever he is using gtalk. I remember i had a similar problem, and this was fixed by muting either Line in or one of the other options under the "Recording" panel in sound properties. Also, check for some settings in Gtalk for anything referring to AGC or automatic gain control. Hope this helps.

    :D OMFG!!!! :) The rumors are True!!! D3 is here. (Kisses nearby colleague ) . I can't express how happy I am that blizzard didn't make this an MMO and transform it into milking cow, although this would do very well as an MMO.

     

    Does anyone know any approximate release dates? I planning to get a 30" monitor by then. :wOOtjumpy:

     

    P.S. - Doesn't the barbarian at some points look like Kratos?

    ^^It was just 18.5K when i called Logitech Kerala around 6 months ago.

     

    You're right. Prices do differ a lot depending on the location. I bought mine for 18k through Rashi Peripherals about a year ago, while my friend got it for 22k a month later from someone else. Though, i got it for 18k as I know someone in Rashi. :bigyellowgrin: Try one of the importers in your locality, they might be able to get it cheaper for you as Logitech would only sell it to you as per their catalog price.

    I saw Hitman today.

    Dont know what all the fuss is about i thught it was a good movie.

     

    well, timothy wasnt the best choice for the role!! did u play the game??

    he just dosent seem COLD!!

     

     

    When you say COLD, the first thing that comes to my mind is Kevin Spacey in Se7en. Damn, he was good in that.

    very depressing though, but quite good!!

     

    Hey, Full Metal Alchemist is one of my fav animes; I really wanna watch Grave of the Fireflies, but i'm not able to get it... last night I watched Ninja Scroll once again, for the 10th time maybe :(

    Was wondering abt the same thing! Shouldn't it be Ewan McGregor; the guy who went around europe biking with his friend??? Anyways watched Howl's Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke....both amazing animes; must watch, along with Spirited Away.
