Excellent progress. I suggest move to 4-1, get the Crescent Falchion + 1, then come back and do 1-2.

gramps i have 4gb ram my gfx cards vram is 1 gb

Start with female royal, stick with spells. Magic will take you through world 1 easily, which will help you get used to the game. Use the first walkway to practice melee also, since there are areas where you will need it. Once you take your hours to finish the first world, you will get a pretty good idea which way you want to develop.
Oh and get through the first world first, I know many people who are fanatic about finishing games but stopped in the first world.

Syberia 1 is a must buy - Syberia 2 not so much.
doobz - turn down the settings. With your 1gb ram, turn down the textures. That's what's killing your framerates.

Spin I see u have Dreamfall :The Longest Journey on your games list , how is it ? how does the graphics hold as per today since its a full 3D adventure compared to 2.5D ?
brilliant game. even when it came out the graphics were subpar - the puzzles are easy, and combat is a joke. But the story / writing / music make it one of the best adventure games ever made. The ending

Monkey Island 2 SE
The game itself is amazing but with voice acting it reaches a new level. Everyone should buy the SE just for the audio commentary - it's not everyday you can hear Ron Gilbert Tim Schafer and Dave Grossman talking together about one of their best projects.

Restarted Steam thrice. Restarted my system once and even took steam to offline mode and came back online once again :|
Go to the email address associated with your steam account. The link to the gift will be there. Click on it. Steam's servers have been bombarded with the multi-pack deals.
You can't change the steam install folder. What you can do is move some of the existing folders from steamapps\common to another place and install new games. When you need to install the game again just move it right back in and reinstall - it will pick up the game without downloading from the net.
