  1. I agree with your statement in general, that the PS5 version should definitely look and feel like a next gen game. But I don't think it's Santa Monicas style to showcase such things at reveal events, let's hope that PS5 version does feel and look a lot better
  2. Imo God of War should be more about the story / journey rather than showcasing reflections, RT etc.., Technical things always takes a back seat in such events
  3. Well, that's just marketing speak. The big bet is on game pass, client systems come second.
  4. Microsoft is obviously thinking far beyond consoles. An xbox is just a tool to experience their game pass content, that's about it.
  5. Exactly, championing relentlessly for your favorite console well into your 40s and 50s is kinda stupid. Most of them earn well enough to buy both consoles and enjoy what they have to offer.
  6. @KunjanPSD Which headset would you recommend for the ps5 as of now? Still the q600 or g733?
  7. Well a PS5 for someone who hasn't played any Playstation exclusives is a great purchase. Downhills will be natural, we can't expect SiE studios to pull of a 90+ meta game every quarter. I expect the latter half of 2022 and 2023 to be dominated by MSFT. Which in the end is a good thing for gaming in general
  8. If you have the means just get the ps5 now and have fun while you can. Console resale value is pretty great and I imagine ps5 will be no different. Just upgrade to the pro edition when it comes out Sent from my LM-G850 using Tapatalk
  9. Exactly, this is the main reason I (along with many others) consciously bought the Disc Edition. It's going to save quite a bit of moolah in the long run. Sony isn't gonna reduce the prices any time soon for new releases. Even if you play 4-5 new games every year, with a DE Console you are gonna spend 20k+ easily on the games.
  10. I don't get the point of console wars. If you are a working individual then just buy both over a course of a year and be done with it. No point in thinking way too much to see if you have made the right choice, or seeking approvals on your choice from like minded fanboys. Not pointing out anyone in particular, but I have always found out console wars to be a bit dramatic. P.S - Have to admit it's kinda going down right now, but around 2008-15 console wars were basically
  11. In my experience it takes a couple of hours to feel comfy with a 30 fps game especially if your last game was a 60 fps one. And I suggest not switching to a 60 fps until you complete your current 30 fps one
  12. Hope to see a 60fps update for those 2 naughty dog games. I have been holding on playin UC4 and TLoU2 because of this Sent from my LM-G850 using Tapatalk
  13. These releases on PC are just a way to lure in more people to the PS ecosystem eventually. Releasing old exclusives so that more people get excited when the sequel launches exclusively on PS5 and will stay that way for a couple of years Sent from my LM-G850 using Tapatalk
