    but how come they have only three character classes? previously it was much much more...

     

    my favourite's always been the "necromancer" who had some of the coolest spells and then the "barbarian" with his "power jump" thingy...which quite often used to land me in trouble faster than my mates is the MP/co-op mode...jump over a door or wall and bang in the middle of boss fight...:happydance:

     

    P.S. - and who's gonna be the main bosses? i mean i thought we had pretty much finished off DIABLO and his brother in the LOD...so new boss or the old ones resurrected...

    dunno if they will release on time...Blizzard is famous for three things -

     

    1. they have the three of THE BEST GAMES EVER in their kitty - Diablo, Warcraft and of course Starcraft!

    2. they keep gameplay requirements simple...no heavy duty hardware required

    3. ALWAYS LATE ON PROMISED DATE OF DELIVERY!

     

    so we will wait and see...

    just finished reading...Michelle West's great new yarn...the first book of the Sun-Sword series, The Broken Crown and the House War's series first book The Hidden City...and am hopping around for the next three of the four...waiting for the great WinterBourne to upload...

     

    also finished the Dresden 11 - Turncoat...thing Butcher's level is slipping :P how disappointing...and also some crap...American author Daniel Fox's "Dragon in Chains"

     

    and yeah finished the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks...

     

    all these in last one week...after working for two weeks non-stop even on weekends...i had taken a couple of days off around easter to catch up on reading, gaming, and sleeping...the most essential things of life!

     

    and just to show off...i use my iPod Touch 2g with Stanza installed as a ebook reader...how cool is that? :P and yeah i got 3GB + of ebooks 99% SciFi and Fantasy...can you beat that? and this is not trashy stuff but good prints, excellent formatting...

    Arghh still stuck in Assassins trilogy by Robin Hobb. Cant give up. Don't wanna read it either.

     

    Damn!

     

    nice and sensitive portrayal of gay feelings...very sweet and sensitive handling...specially i love the poem the Fool leaves for the hero (forgot his name :P ) towards the end of the third book...quite sweet actually...

    good setup bro...very functional! and am influenced by your UPS...think i will go for something like...i also plan to get a LCD...so it will come in useful for that as well as the PS3...

     

    and also a FAN in this summers when there are frequent powercuts :P

    mo**** f******! if those idiots can put GOW 1&2 on BD nothing like it! and if they can do it they why all this song and dance act over BC????

     

    plz plz plz Sony put the GOW 1, 2, 3 all one one Blu-Ray....that will make it the EPIC CE ever...better than MGS even!!!!!!!!!! i am even willing to go out and buy one more PS3 + GOW(1,2,3) bundle even though my black beauty is only a couple of months old!!!!!!!!! Plz sony you boneheahdes!!!!!!

     

    P.S.: a query for the folks here...is this PS blog official one? i mean is the Survey is something which Sony is running or just some fanboy wishlist?

    hey wahi how much for the LCD and the UPS? and UPS which brand? am all ready to buy a LCD in May now...but am torn between wich brand to go for...Sony, LG or maybe a Samsung...

    LOL! family lives far, far away...girlfriend dumped me long back...and work is the other thing i do when am not spending time here...so everything's cool!

    hey team...

     

    i was curious about a couple of things, so here goes...

     

    1. i keep on wondering from time to time, how GI came into existence, what do the mods do for a living, are you guys part of the some concern, say, gaming magazine...etc...so if you have a page or a thread where you talk about GI, introduce the oldest members etc...i think people would appreciate reading and knowing more about GI...

     

    2. i was also thinking how do you get funding for the site? i mean i havent seen any ads here and am not sure if they pay anything and also i dont know if affiliation gets you any money...

     

    why i am asking is that cause i like this place, i like the people, the discussions...and i would be happy to pay some small amount as my contribution towards the maintenance of this place, voluntarily...maybe some other members of the site also feels similar...

     

    i know, asking members for any kind of payments is a thorny issue AND a lot of the guys here are kids who not earning yet...but speaking for myself, the days of using pirated stuff is long behind me, cause now i can afford to pay (else i wait till i can) and i understand the effort which goes into developing games, stuff etc and i have been saddened when some of the smaller game producing studios closed down due to lack of funding...so to show my appreciation of the work you are doing, i would be happy to pay towards the upkeep of the site...
