@ Ty - Stick to Medic and Assault initially till you get the hang of the game. Playing as the Medic is pretty rewarding since you're actively helping out your team and making a shtload of points for that.
It's also pretty important to stick with your squad so you can revive them (or get revived ASAP).
And finally you can pick up kits from fallen comrades and foes so that'll help you in experimenting.
Oh yeah and if you don't have a mic press L to squad chat.

I think every one gets gang banged their first time. But Tyler dude you need to start communicating and more importantly, spotting!

UC2 - hell no. It's a brilliant game with some of the best set pieces ever.
You won't be saying that after you play GOW III.

And I had to restart the stupid update twice because I got some error...
It's been more than an hour and I still cannot start the game.
Don't stress over it too much. The game's broken like that. Also add the shortcut to steam so it becomes easier to co-ordinate sht.

Also I can't seem to play the game at all right now. When I try joining servers the game pretty much doesn't allow me too and whatever server I can join isn't below 500.
This is why I stopped playing this broken fkin POS.

agreed but its not made clear by the game also, I still see ppl asking on team chat , what is spotting ? or which button for spot? even I got to know about it in beta when some1 was spaming this message "Press Q to spot " .
Also I have seen many recons not spotting
, whereas its their first priority to spot, second to call in a mortar strike and 3rd to shoot.Whenever I play recon I get more spot assists then Kills.Recons not spotting is just fail because that's their primary role and not running around the battlefield like Rambo.
Also for some reason I just can't get the hang of sniping

:What is spotting , how is it done , advantages of spotting ?
Just so you know spotting is by far the most important game mechanic people overlook. Still people are so fkin frag hungry they rarely spot. Make sure you spot before you shoot unless it's a guaranteed kill.

If there was ever a game that deserved a 10/10 for presentation, this is it. And I'm not just talking about graphics here, but the whole package. Chronos makes the SOTC colossii look like midgets.
IGN can go f**k themselves. Didn't they give MW2 a 9.5 for presentation?
