offloading drogba would be a good idea for Chelsea considering he's a little past his prime and his performances lately haven't been all that great. Still a great striker imo but not used in that role as effectively with the new setup. Also, we are chasing Adams again ... i don't know what Kenny has in mind but I hope we do get him because he will provide a lot more stability in the center of the formation. if we don't so be it.

its always sad to see a team building itself up to greatness and then just selling its players to other clubs just for some money sigh. I'd have said we need Bojan before our current signings but i think we're ok now and will be for a long time to come. Hamsik would be a great acquisition for Chelsea he's go speed, vision and hes not scared to run at defenders.

that is one angry fan but you know if you read past all the accusations there are some hard truths in there that even Wenger can't run away from. Twitter has become the mothership for dumping on referees and its quite funny that the FA or any other FA [what a confusing pair of Abbreviations] hasn't cracked down on electronic whipping with a firm hand. Its bad enough that players abuse referees and officials on the pitch and in press conferences but on Twitter its a free-for-all where anyone can literally say anything. If the FAs [not the english one but all of them] cracked down on this rubbish we'd have less drama but atleast the poor 'human' refs would be spared. Even the managers would be gob-stopped and that's putting it lightly. Having disparities with officials is one thing but then crying to them for bad calls after you've slandered them isn't very professional either.
Repped for the most venom-filled post I have probably read this year.

Actually current graduate level courses at FullSail are around 70-75k US$ for the entire duration.
Oh I was talking about my Alma Mater here so it works out to about 85K for the term but its gone up considerably since then and they have moved up a tier since I was there as well. Seeing FullSail at 75K is not a bad edu-investment if you can get in.

I like this player and maybe this is all hogwash but I personally don't see this working for United because they already have someone playing in his spot and his work dynamics aren't oriented to the system United plays. But if SAF sees something in him I suppose getting him can't hurt.

i dont know about Bastian but yeah ull do look a little perturbed at the apex of ur backline these days. I still think Essien is phenomenal at times but ull need a more consistent man there.

and another one is looking to fly the coop ... excellent. But I can understand why he wants to do what he wants to do. Fabregas to Chelsea? I think VDB would be pleased and say "Yes build little spain attack units in your teams it only helps the national cause"

while I can probably agree than an in-form ManU might rattle our cage I don't think any team in the PL operates at maximum efficiency against an overloaded defense, SAF's boys as well. Put Liverpool aside and when you look at how the defensive line was setup, it was a sweep formation set to nullify a striker or a lob cross coming in. Tactically its the most sound way to frustrate a high-pressure, fast-moving offensive team. Even if u walk away with a draw ur still not conceding goals and at this stage we will take scraps from the table for a Europa slot. I have absolutely no delusions of grandeur that we will make a CL spot this season, once we visit OT all that will happen if we win is that we firmly place ourselves in a Europa spot and even if we fail there [most likely] we can still walk away with a season that turned itself back on the upturn when we at one point were scrounging to get out of relegation. Even the FA Cup game flipped on us bad because Gerrard got sent off and the last thing you want is a 10 man unit against a full side that knows to use the breadth of the pitch, Arsenal learned it the hard way yesterday, we learned it the hard way in the FA Cup fixture as well. Limiting the opposition and pouncing on the goal takes a lot of skill and discipline if that and there was absolutely no clear-cut chance shown today on goal from Chelsea because we shut the doors as best as we could. Hence my confusion at the word never.

I will not point at the very obvious penalty claims and oh so awesome refereeing, but rather accept the defeat since Chelsea played like utter crap...
Liverpool NEVER played good in this match, but Chelsea's game was handpicked out of the Nov-Dec lot... Full of complacency... Even if a single player in Blue shined today, something might have happened... But it was like a dead Stamford Bridge.. Players and Even fans were not digging it in... Stamford Bridge being as noisy as Anfield, how pathetic on our part!!!
This season is now all about being able to qualify for the CL... I seriously want nothing more... Sigh!!
I'll probably go on to say that our attack wasn't the best but the word never? We might have even been two goals up had Maxi not used the crossbar instead of the net. I'd like some enlightenment if possible here.

Here have a beer and u can have a free sign-me-up-for-anfield form too lol im joking. Your team just never got off the mark and there was never enough gusto up there. I think putting David Luiz on was a capital mistake imo that made things even more shakier.

I rarely say this but great job by Carragher and Lucas [yes i said Lucas]. Carragher for shutting down Fernando and Lucas for just being a terrier in front of the defensive line. I was shocked at the formation first but when you see the way it played out all you can say is well done.

we have been lucky once in the first half to not concede and Maxi missed a sitter. I think we've been the better team in this half with our pressure and passing. We just need a finisher and Glen is getting ousted on the left. Take him off, move someone else out wide there and switch it up with a SS. Game over imo if that happens.

So weird hearing Torres starting for Chelsea but good on him he's getting his first game. Also, the formation today looks very defense oriented. I am keen on seeing how Glen performs today and I certainly hope to see jonjo and suarez at some point in the second half.
