Nice! I agree. If you play the game after a very long gap, then it almost feels fresh. I had played the PS3 version back when it released and by the time I played the PS4 remaster, I only remembered the key bits of the story. Most importantly the 60fps + 1080p visual bump was a game changer in the overall experience.

I've replayed Chapter 9 so many times, I lost count of it. Probably one of the best chapters in recent gaming memory.

Monster Hunter Rise

Neither did I before this and the time restricted progression scared the hell out of me prior to starting the game. However, the Royal version is very generous in a lot of aspects and this is one game you'd definitely don't want to miss. This was the perfect gateway to the Persona series for me just like Yakuza 0 was for the Yakuza series. I'd honestly suggest giving this a try if you're even remotely interested in it. I'm still contemplating on starting an NG+ run; that is how amazing this game turned out. I know I'll burn myself out, so will save it for later.

Holy sh*t! That's great. Very similar to how fast Ghost of Tsushima used to load. I wish more open world games start optimizing it this way. Yeah, I'm looking at you Ubisoft.

Yep, Until Dawn is hands down their best work. Haven't played Quarry yet, so that's disappointing to hear.

Finished 'The Devil in Me' and it was completely average. This one ranks at the bottom of my season 1 Anthology. I had half expected House of Ashes to be shitty, but that turned out to be quite good. The Devil in Me didn't have very compelling characters, nor was the atmosphere or the villain up to the mark. Add to that, they had some awkward platforming sections and puzzles, which sort of broke the flow of the game. Very average experience. Judging by the activity in this thread, I don't suppose anyone is interested, but for those that do want to try it out, I'd suggest waiting for deep discount or PS+ route.

Yep, pretty much the same sentiment and with even more time spent in the original game + it's DLCs, I ain't going to replay the whole thing all over again. I haven't touched the game in ages now and my last build was capable of handling Death March. I'm just going to test run Geralt by slaying a few monsters, riding around on Roach and see how the game looks post the update.

Please ignore, it got fixed. I had to switch to HDMI for the boot screen to display properly. I mainly wanted it as I had to install my new GPU and hence needed to remove the old drivers in safe mode using DDU. Once the GPU got installed, I switched to DisplayPort and weirdly enough, I now have the boot screen.

Guys, I need some help. I had recently upgraded to a Dell Ultrashrap monitor which has DisplayPort and HDMI option. Since I switched to DisplayPort, the BIOS/boot screen never shows up and it directly takes me to when Windows has loaded. Anyone else face this issue post shifting from HDMI to DP? Is there a solution to this? Never once faced this issue with HDMI. nVidia user here, if that helps.

I got Deluxe with the hope that Sony would probably get their heads straight one day and launch the streaming service. Still don't know why they ignore our country in this aspect, same goes for Microsoft. Both of them don't provide game streaming and the reward/loyalty programs (PS Stars & MS Reward points).
