When i got my parents 1st dose in march 1st week, the dr n nurse there requested us to call someone above 60 years, since they had 5 doses left and dint wanna waste it. People had to wait to get vaccinated in hospitals as there weren't any people ready to take it initially. Now everyone want it as cases increased. Try it few times. It'll work. Anywayz, there's no rush. You have a week to register atleast

Yea. i did. Till last week, there was plenty of vaccines available here in Bangalore. I got my parents 2nd dose last monday. This week 5/6 of my relatives also got vaccinated. In Cowin also it shows plenty of slots left for 45 + But now, hearing news that, next week, they might stop the vaccination for a few days till 7th May to procure more vaccines.

For 45 + there's no porblem. Plenty of vaccines available. For 18+ state govts have to acquire vaccines on their own. So, thats taking time.

I spoke to a local corporator / counselor here in Bangalore. Apparently states haven't received vaccines yet. He said, by May end the Karnataka Govt should have good amount of stock to vaccinate everyone. So, i guess we wont be able to take the vaccine for couple of weeks .

So many idiots crying about price of vaccines. Its so annoying. The poor should get vaccine for free. But it should be govt who should bear the costs. Y should Biotech / Pharma companies take that responsibility. Even rich people crying over it
