So what are the top 5 shows / movies I should watch if I want to get started?
Depends on what type of shows you want. Most of the guys here watch ahh, less serious fare (politely put, so don't flame me kids), than I do. I'd also recommend movies first because of their manageable length.
1. Tokyo Godfathers
2. Jin-Roh
3. Millennium Actress
4. Ghost in the Shell
5. Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal
Tell me if you've seen any of those already and I'll swap them out.

HMV Japan. Platter media costs quite a bit in Japan, so expect to pay through your nose

I'm sure they did their homework before that teaser was released. It won't come out next year, though. 2010 is crowded enough as it is.

Picked up the Ico and SOTC OST CDs a month or so ago. The inlay cards are so beautiful.
Thank God for ripping or else I'd have already worn them out.

Using the same font as the games would give it some authenticity I suppose.

Bad choice of fonts, but otherwise the posters look good.
I'm still not convinced about the casting of Jake Gylenhaal.
BTW, why does Gemma Arterton look like Megan Fox in that poster? She looks so different otherwise...
Font looks classy don't you think? At least it isn't trying to be stereotypically Urdu or Arabic

It's good to see some improvement in the Indian broadband sector (thanks to Airtel). When I came here two years ago people couldn't get a decent 256kbps and now everyone seems to be upgrading to all the new 2mbps plans.
I hope the place I'm shifting to has Airtel, can't stand these other ISPs anymore.
Do all the new 2mbps plans come with unlimited downloads?
Wha are your options if you don't want to go with Airtel?

True, but then look where Ico and The Sands of Time ended up? I'm sure BG&E has a large enough cult following now to earn itself a sequel.
The market is another thing entirely. IMO, they'd better use up the license now before the next gen further drops the number of game releases and publishers' appetite for risk.
