^^ Yea, I have a huge PS3 library as well. I think PS Now covers a lot of the PS3 back catalog, but it's a subscription (afaik, at least) rather the simpler stick-your-disc-in-and-start-playing Xbox model.

Why bring logic into this thread? But jokes apart, you have GT7, Returnal, and Rifts Apart scheduled for 2021, plus all the older games to replay in 4K60 (RDR2, etc.). So it isn't completely without games. Plus, I picked up a new 65 inch OLED TV, so that's a huge motivator

With those 1.5 hour fast charge times, it's no surprise. You're killing the cells pretty quick, I guess. Yea, I think the CC61 isn't USB Type-C. Best avoided.

Until Dawn is one of the best games I've ever played, lol. I'd say it's better (story, writing) than any Quantic Dream game If any of you have played Layers of Fear or The Observer, you'll know what to expect with this one. I think MS just saw the quality of their previous output and bought in. It's like Frictional Games - You know they'll likely do something at least half as good as Amnesia next. But then we all saw what happened with blind trust and CDPR

There's an AC game almost every year, though. It's not really the same. Very few people get excited for AC now. Let's add the press to the list for fueling some of that hype. There were random brief mentions in preview coverage of jank and things just not adding up, but no real red flags. To be fair, you want to give devs the benefit of the doubt that they can turn things around too. This brings up how preview coverage has, since quite recently, turned into just advertising for games rather than actual assessment or critique.

I've looked for skins but haven't been able to find one that's locally available yet. I think I'm just used to them (had one on my One S), and this new controller is just extra slippery as well.

This is an indie game which, if we're lucky, will turn out good just like Tell Me Why did. That's all it is. I'm hoping this is as good as Observer, at least.

I'd say wait till they fully patch it, even if it takes a year or more.

Hold since they said they'll ship tomorrow, I think (awesome news, btw!). And perhaps Phil Spencer or Aaron Greenberg, unless the rest of the folks here have other recommendations. It's more just awareness at this point. I did this back when the 360 launched and their store wasn't working right in India. They fixed it and I was able to make purchases the very next day. I've had Tim Sweeney personally write back on issues/questions during the EGS launch as well (just another example). Some of these folks are super responsive and really do want to fix things if you communicate concisely and professionally.
