Right said man. Malware/adware can cripple your system. Also it can be dying HDD as well.

sorry its xp professional service pack 2 ..core 2 duo...E4600@ 2.4ghz...1 gb ram..no graphics card... creative 5.1 sound card

hey all....suddenly my comp has slowed down completely...data transfer in the same drive takes a minimum of 15 min...audio is dragging and skipping..mp3 as well as the video files..video works fine though...have installed all the necessary codecs...problem still persists...please give suggestions!!

Audio is dragging or stuttering and skipping in my comp. Can't play any audio be it mp3 or mpeg...tried reinstalling drivers...don't seem to work..any idea how to fix it? Ty in advance
