Climbing is too much because they removed the stamina meter after designing the game around it. Pacing was bad not beacuse of druckmann and straley but because the game got rebooted midway and the new team had the use parts of both old and new assests that were created and had to make the game in record time. Sam was supposed to be the main (or one of) the villains and in the initial pitch and it didn't even have shooting in the first half.

Great thread. Didn't know they had 800+ guys + multiple new ips. Also 3.6 billion for them doesn't seem that bad when sony almost went up and bid for the warframe guys + some other studios for 3 bill.

Bungie's next game is already in development and funded by Chinese company netease which means it's multi-platform including mobiles. Sony will first fund destiny 3 other than anything else.

Man sony sure did buy insomniac for an awfully cheap price. Sure they dint have any IPs to their name but are def one of the most talented and efficient teams making games out there.

Yeah it's comfort food like MCU movies. Fun, well written and breezy. And totally agreed with tlou, the game gets depressing and even the gameplay on above average settings require your full attention which gets mentally exhausting after a while. Tlou games I hardly replay while I love playing some uc game every few months.

Take 2 IP's fit well with sony but the organization would be a white elephant in Sonys hand. Also take 2 X sony rumors have been going on from PS3 days too & nothing's ever happened.
