2012 nexus 7 isn't that good. 2013 Nexus 7 is the only android tablet worth buying. Quality compromise will only lead to problems later on.
His budget is 16k, His requirement is a tablet. What else can you get? Also, 2012 Nexus 7 isn't that bad. It's a solid performer at 10k.

Friend needs a tablet in a budget of 16k. He has never owned a tablet(or even an android smartphone) before, and he would be using it for net, videos etc(general use mostly). Not for games. What is his best bet atm?

I think they're giving the whole rom and not just the delta .
I could be wrong though.
It is the complete ROM, but afaik S4 ROMs were only around 1 GB.
Compare that to CM which is just 200 mb

The phone is amazing. But all the supporting applications like the PC suite, support tool etc suck donkey balls.

Nope, got it from Dubai. Anyways don't see a problem. 4.4.2 is already out, but it's a pain in the a*s attempting to upgrade.

Loved the movie, btw. Saw it on the big screen, the sound of engines was simply divine.
Even fast and furious tokyo drift had a lot of engine noise

3 idiots was a enjoyable Sunday afternoon flick. But it isn't what I call "The best move I've seen", as people above have put it.
A commercial hit perhaps, but not a technical masterpiece.
