Yep. Weird thing is Steam actually has a seperate client just for China and it isn't on that either. Its something directly related to the game so posting here is justified. Its not a question of hate lol. It's better to have a complete picture regarding any games we play so we can make informed decisions. For example, I wouldn't even have thought about making a throwaway id like @Keano suggested if this wasn't brought up.

I got Inno3D 2060 Super for Rs 29k. I don't think any of 30 series cards will be in that price range. 3070 is confirmed to be Rs 50k here. 3060 hasn't been announced yet (will be announced in next few months) but I'm expecting it to be ~Rs. 40k. If he can afford it, then great, better to wait. If thats out of price range then buy current cards or look at second hand market.

Yep Witcher 3 was pretty bad. 5 years ago SSD's werent as prevalent as they are today. I remember playing it on HDD. The loading just went on and on and on..

Another factor is that for Credit Card companies, its a barrier they want to remove to make it as hassle-free as possible so that everyone uses it. They make quite a bit of money from people over-using CC and defaulting payment and then charging them double, triple the amount.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but CC companies there are really good at detecting fraud and reversing your charges and stuff. Which is why security is more lax. This is what one of my friends in the US told me.
