Idk man. If a game is so boring that you feel like dropping it then you should be able to drop it and say it's a bad game without forcing yourself to play more. Its the games job to keep you engaged and if a game is failing at that then it's a mark against the game.

Sorry I misread your reply. I thought you were advocating for the medical stuff. I'm sure psychotherapy (the non transition variety) was already explored as an option and probably dropped.
