    What a great comeback by Roma to win 4-2 after being 2-1 down at half time :). Also Juventus lost 4-1 to Parma. Milan looking clear favourites at the moment to win the title but I hope Roma put together an unreal string of victories just like they did last year and maybe this could be their season.

    India won't crash out in the early stages ... not this time. I believe that with the form and mentality the team has right now along with the captaincy of Dhoni, we should consider ourselves favourites to win this title. The only problem is the pressure of playing at home but hopefully the players can overcome that. And curators, please don't go berserk and start making fast and bouncy tracks which don't suit Indians. I remember a curator in the last series who openly said in an interview that the BCCI had asked him to make a spinning wicket but he didn't do it because it would spoil the game :ko:. What the hell? That is the reason why home and away series are played. We should make flat and spinning wickets so that we have an advantage in the 50 over format of the game.

    I think SA played very safe by taking a lead of 320+. They should have declared earlier so that they could have had a crack at the Indian batsman in the last session yesterday. I had already mentioned before that it is impossible to get that much runs in the 5th day of a test match, specially in a South African wicket. They should have kept the target around 250 and then they would have had a better chance at winning as the Indians would have gone for their shots.

     

    Also, I hope Gambhir gets a century. The guy really deserves it as he has really fought hard in this test match.

    if anyone of them(kallis or ricky)specially ricky plays same number of test(sachin has played until now)

    do u guys remember that 400+ match of rsa and aus...and the way ricky played in that match...

    or the world cup 2003... :naughty:

    Yeah even Michael Clarke has said that he will never captain a side having Ponting in it because he has always looked up to Ponting as a leader and believes Ponting can bounce back in no time and is the best captain Australia have ever had. That just shows what a great guy Ricky has been and the amount of respect people have for him :majesty:

    Don't worry kaka_messi. Keep faith in Ricky. He will not let us down. Infact there was a stat today which showed that this was Kallis' 145th test and then they compared the first 145 tests of Sachin, Ponting and Kallis. Guess what? Ponting was ahead in the runs and centuries department and had the best high score as well. I'm pretty sure Ponting will get back to form the next time he plays.
