rakuten.com is best choice, but its in japanese. there hv machine translated pages where you can come to know the details of product. they use EMS speed post i think.

Verdict is- there is no match for sideshow. They tk a lot of money, but they deliver flawless near perfect figs. U shud see their optimus prime maquette.
Rakuten.com ships worldwide, but shipping inclusive it will b slightly more. I dont know when i will b bk, or u can get it shipped to me if u want with delays.

There its listed for 32000 yen. I got it from amazon.jp for 21%off i.e. 25174yen i.e. 300$
But on rakuten, there is a sept 2011 re-release booking for 23680yen still available. I didnt wait for sept.
