Very low downtime. (Almost 0). I kinda like his service though. He fixes the internet within a few hours if ever it goes down, even on sundays.
You can't its all local cable wallas pricing if you can tell him I'll pay in cash and get me faster connection

It all depends upon on your Budget Infocus , MicroMax , Onida are all good with low cost.
