    Saw Old Boy(korean) yesterday...mind blowing movie....all this time i was avoiding it coz i had seen zinda and had even seen for few minutes and it looked similar too....but tomorrow finally gave it a go and that movie is much ahead of zinda....absolutely awesome movie...one of the best movies i have seen lately...got to say korean actors did a very fine job .Highly Highly Recommended. :majesty:

     

     

     

     

    OMG Rakht Charitra is awesome. Weak-hearted sissy's must stay away. RGV is in his elements again.

    Alien 3 is tolerable (I kinda liked the setting and the new alien design) but whatever you do stay away from 4.

     

     

    Alien 3 was ok..like tyler said...the runner drone and the prison setting where the only good things,also its first time IIRC that u see the Xenomorph eat a human

    Its the crappy wahabi culture thats spread to UAE from nations like Saudi Arabia. Soon burqas will be compulsory, women can only be seen with husband or brother or father etc etc

    i loved bayonetta even with the ch*tiya story it had. loved its unabashed display of j-pop music, its style and the awesome awesome combat.

    if vanquish is that with big guns and then some more, i am perfectly fine with it.

     

    in on my buy list.

    the combat is good in this game as far as from demo i can say that...story i think we already have seen much in the trailers ...going by which it is nice too...so overall a good buy for sure.... :cheers:

    Yeah - I think it's just Tyler you and me who like it. I really like the movie.

     

    Saw three really bad movies - Karate Kid (new one), Robin Hood (new one), Iron Man 2. They were all atrocious across the board. I saw a bit of Shrek Forever and couldn't bring myself to continue more than 10 minutes. Flight movies are bad - but this was torture!

    I have not seen new robin hood but other two movies that u mentioned...i totally agree with you...the new karate kid was bakwaas or atleast not upto the mark and Iron man 2 :(....after seeing 1 I became a fan of Iron man..had high expectation from 2 ...par woh bhi bakwaas.

    okay..Past few weeks saw few movies.....one of them aliens ..saanp had highly recommended me both the alien 1 and 2...one was great ...but 2 was even better i think....absolutely awesome movie..thanks saanp...:hi:.....though he has not recommend me 3 and 4...but now i think i want to see the other 2 also... :scarerun:

     

     

    other movie dabanng ....ah...masal picture hai ....par kuch bohat khaas nahi laga ...:fear: bas time pass wala laga...dont think i will ever care to watch it again...

     

     

    Khatta meetha.....yeh mast picture hai... a good laugh is pakka...very light hearted comedy......aur Trisha Krishnan toh yaar dil lageyi..i can watch the movie again just for her...:wub:

    Played the demo today morning...got up early and downloaded it...yaar...zaabardast game hai...everything is nice abt it the action on the screen except for screen slowing down when life is low.....also the boss fight that we get in the demo is great ...overall from demo i agree with Mt its a game that will require multiple playthrough...its very much like lost planet (i am talking abt 1 ...not played 2 :( ) 1 was superb ....simply superb ...and glad to see game like Lost planet is coming . :good:

    Ueda On The Last Guardian, ICO And Shadow Of The Colossus

     

    Speaking with Dengeki, Fumito Ueda revealed some details regarding The Last Guardian as well as the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD Collection.

     

    Ueda believes that with the Tokyo Game Show trailer of The Last Guardian, they were able to portray realistic animal-like movements with Torico, the giant griffin-like creature. However, he also believes that there are still areas that can be and expects to improve.

     

    Torico will be moving on its own, with players being able to give out simple directions. Torico's a living, breathing creature, so it behaves that way in that it likes certain things and dislikes others. Players can use such items to guide him.

     

    Ueda would not divulge any specifics regarding controls, but did share that it will be much like ICO where there isn't a blatant HUD or gauges.

     

    He also talks a bit about the ICO and Shadow HD collection. Both games will be supporting 3D in addition to the upgraded visuals. Shadow of the Colossus was originally conceived with 3D in mind, so Ueda believes that it's only natural to support 3D.

     

    Trophy support will also be added.

    Saw miller's crossing....absolutely loved it....fantastic movie...it is a very patient movie though...coz its slow in way almost till the end...actions are not much either...but that does not hold this movie from being a good watch...atleast a one time watch is must i would recommend...I got to see this movie thanks to Chabbi bhai...he mentioned this movie during The last guardian first trailer(coz music is used in the game trailer from that movie)...So chabbi bhai..hero hindustani ka :hi2:

    For the price you can do much better.. I used to like Bose as well, but after hearing lots of better cans, I realise that they mainly sell thanks to marketing and brand name..

     

    Same can be said for their speakers... although, their home systems se easy to setup...

    yaar i have heard bose only twice or thrice in my life..so i am not a good judge on this...but whatever it was that i heard...it still in my mind.. btw one should also try sonodyne i really like their system too. i feel they are very underrated . :good:

    Kindle is awesome.. Comics looked so good on it!!

     

    IMO, Bose is overpriced and not worth it... But ultimately if you are enjoying them then awesome! :D

    I agree that it is overpriced but they are damn good...nobody can complain abt that.
