    Fumito Ueda on Twitter, teases The Last Guardian at TGS

     

    Team ICO director and game designer Fumito Ueda has finally embraced a recent game industry fad and has made himself a Twitter account. The designer of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus fame has been active since July 27.

     

    While most of Ueda-san’s updates are random tidbits about his life, such as an update about his new Mac or low battery on his iPhone, he did post one update about The Last Guardian since he started tweeting.

     

    When one of his followers asked whether or not he was the real Fumito Ueda, he responded: “Yes, it’s me. Thank you for the support. We should be able to show something at Tokyo Game Show, so look forward to it.”

     

    He didn’t specifically mention The Last Guardian, but we’ll assume that’s what he’s talking about.

    I know bro that psu is very important . So I've also been suggested this -

     

    Cabinet NZXT Gamma/ CM Elite 3xx 2100

    PSU/SMPS Corsair cX 400 2700

     

     

     

    Regarding rest of the specs I posted,also wanna know whether the cpu is okay for me ?

    corsair is a goodbrand...so you have covered the psu part now for cabinet as i have already adviced something like this check out here

     

    abt cpu well i really dont know much abt it..amanwa and other experts here can give better advice on that... :good:

    also one more thing...2gb ram looks enough for sure and works well but try to see if you can increase the ram too...for some reason i find 2gb ram not fast but not slow too just close to normal speed.

    wait for the ASUS brand to come, we have used Zotac cards they are good,not phenomenoal but good, and with 3 yr warranty you are pretty much covered...

     

     

    also one of the biggest self proclaimed ATI fanoboy abloos, he bought a 5870 to replace it with 470 in less then a week, citing the reason he can overclock it to 480, and wat about the heat and VFM, all that gone for a toss..

     

    and to top it up he was using 260 GTX before that, one of a kind of a fanboy i have seen...tell the world buy ATI but use nv themselves :P

    woh kya hai athek bhai..woh competition chalo rakhna chatha hai ..taki price control mein rahe.... :giggle:

    I am building a rig ...for home and casual gaming ( pes , fifa , nfs series , gta series , prince series) ...I won't buy a graphics card right away (will wait till pes fifa/pes games till october) .. I also need a 22" + lcd full hd monitor for both ps3 and pc ... Considering I don't wanna go for hd gaming right away ( lower res is fine for the time being ) , I thought amd would be the way to go as its motherboard has onboard ati 4200 series graphics card.

     

    Please suggest if the following build that I have in mind is okay or I can do better . I don't wanna go all out for a very high end gaming pc as I travel frequently and would be buying a high end laptop in coming months. So , thats why I am restricting myself to a budget (around 20k excluding monitor ) not to go overboard (which would be an overkill for me ) :-

     

    Appx Pricing ( I may be wrong)

     

    1) Amd X4 955 BE -- 7900

    2) Gigabyte amd 785 motherboard - 4100

    3) 2 Gb ddr2 1333 mhz ram corsair or kingston- 2800

    4) 500 gig hard disk seagate - 2200

    5) cabinet +psu - 4000 (suggest me which )

    6) keyboard + mouse - not more than 1000

     

    Total - 22,000

     

    + monitor - around 10-12 k ...

     

    Feedback and suggestions will be appreciated !

    bro, I have had a very bad experience with cheap PSU ...they spoiled my graphic card ka some parts and i did not veen got any warranty on that coz they said the PSU has blown the capictors for which we are not responsible .....so try to buy a very good brand PSU and one more thing a suggestion try to see if you can go for a expensive cabinet something like coolermster haf series and others coz in long run also you can use them when you decide to upgrade your config in future.

     

    I didn't know there was a such a thing till I entered this thread today.

    Mercedes-Benz India limited has launched the SLS AMG supercar in India. Incidentally, India is one of the first markets to receive the right hand drive version of the SLS AMG, which goes to show that this market is truly now a world class affair.

    It takes more than just a dream to launch a modern classic, however when AMG, the performance brand of Mercedes-Benz, decided to showcase their tuning skills not just on an existing model, but on a whole new car where their inputs would be involved from ground up, the result had to be legendary from day one.

     

    The SLS AMG is the result of these efforts and the car borrows from the racing heritage of Mercedes-Benz to ensure that it is one piece of classic metal that not only has the show but also the go. Powering the SLS AMG is a finely tuned 6.3-litre V8 engine that develops 571 hp at 6800 rpm and churns out a gut wrenching 650Nm of torque at just 4750 rpm and is mated to an AMG speedshift DCT-7 speed sports transmission, which incidentally makes the SLS AMG one of the most powerful sports cars in its segment. With a power-to-weight ratio of 2.84 kg/hp, thanks to the low weight of the car, the SLS AMG is able to catapult from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, and has an electronically limited top speed of 317 km/h!     saw the movie front of the class....good movie..its abt a child suffering from tourette syndrome and facing problems through out his life still goes on to become the best teacher of the year in USA....its based on real life story...worth watching if you in these kinda of true stories.Enjoyed it ....its story is very moving too...I will recommend it to everyone . :cheers:

    Can someone configure a desktop for me? Budget is 50k without the monitor. I am satisfied with games running at decent settings as long as they are smooth.

    i agree bro ..infact way the technology is progressing ...even 3-4 years it does not last anymore....In maximum 2 years i see big changes in techonolgy these days...which is really bad for the pocket...:(

    i am just talking about GPU, when he was buying it, i told him in advance the GPU is the only bottle neck.

    arey bro I was just kidding......but it still to go for a long time as you said it if he is not going for dx11.

    brilliant buy CHaz, and with that proc and GTX260 running in SLI, you dont need to upgrade GFX for atleast a year, until you are bitten by DX11 bug...

    itna awesome rig hone ke baad bhi ...amanwa you saying he wont have to upgrade for a year. :O ...mera ko toh lagta hai he will not have to upgrade till 2020. :giggle:

    edit: how come pantaloon was selling the game darksector?? pantaloon is reputed shop too and they will never sell pirated games.
