Resolution was big deal last gen. I still remember how much criticism Xbox one was getting for running games at 720p. Base xbox one was just bad in every way. Bulky with under powdered hardware whereas One X was sleek, powerful and much smaller in size and it came with disc drive too. X was necessary upgrade for Xbox users like me. It was huge jump in Resolution and overall graphics quality. Now Resolution dont matter much coz Series X and PS5 already run games at high Resolution. Frame rate is main thing now. That's why most people are not impressed by Pro since its not able to run every game at 60 even with PSSR.

GTA 6 - 60fps only on Pro at launch will be a megaton announcement. Sony should send entire ICE team and drop bags of cash on Rockstar to make sure GTA 6 is 60fps on Pro with sharp image quality. RDR2 boosted sales of Xbox one X for a month when it came out coz it was the definitive version of RDR2 on consoles. I remember Lot of ponies also ended up buying it just for RDR2.

Lol You can block crossplay in Warzone too. You do it from system settings on Xbox not ingame. Xbox has system level settings to block crossplay in every game. I have done it myself in Warzone, but turning off crossplay dont help me coz i still die pretty much instantly now doesn't matter if its player with controller or mouse :/

Sony had no choice but to accept it. They were very much against it initially. But pressure from big publishers like Epic, Activision, EA and T2 forced Sony to bend the knee and take the L. Aukaad nahi Sony ki mana karney ki crossplay ko. If MS received similar pressure during 360 days from big publishers then they would have opened up live for crossplay as well. But no one put any pressure on them coz most publishers didn't care much about crossplay back then apart from SE.

Biggest online game of 360 gen was CoD and they never pushed for crossplay like Fortnite did during PS4 gen. So crossplay never became popular during 360 days. As far as FF 14 is concerned then there were many other factors due to which FF14 was rejected on 360. It was not just limited to crossplay. SE wanted infrastructure level changes to Xbox live and MS under Balmer back then was not intersted in doing it. SE wanted cross pregression more than crossplay based on reports. Xbox live infrastructure now completely different now and more open. All MS services are pretty open under Satya. Lol UT 3. Nobody cared about it. Epic dropped franchise completely as it flopped and they fully moved to Gears and then Fortnite.

How many 3rd party games supported crossplay during 360 days? Zero. 3rd party devs were the one who pushed crossplay during PS4 gen especially Fortnite who pushed MS and Sony hard for crossplay. Crossplay became popular coz Epic pushed it hard for Fortnite.

Those were different times. Today every big publisher and every big live service game now supports crossplay. Sony cant block crossplay for any live service games now

Character creation looks bad as expected but gameplay looks lot of fun. I just want good story with branching storyline along with engaging gameplay.

Yeah dont rush. You should wait for proper analysis. I suggest wait till Rockstar shows how GTA6 runs on Pro. If it's 60fps then definitely pick it up. Xbox One X was much bigger jump from Base Xbox one. Base Xbox one was running games at 720p with low-medium graphics and then we got big jump where games like RDR2 were running at native 4k at high settings.

Who did that comparison.? DF or twitter user? That Base PS5 screenshot is from Performance mode where textures and resolution is lowered to hit 60fps. I remember textures looked really good in Quality mode. Those cant be from Quality mode?? Basically Pro running it in Quality mode at 60fps with PSSR applied.

Did u bother to watch DF video podcast?DF said RT isnt even good on Howgarts, RT is very low resolution with shimmering. Also according to Cerny Pro is made to run Fidelity mode at 60fps. -
