Lol loser Journo. This is a wet dream come true for HP fanbase, Nobody probably even cares what journos write or promote for this game. I hope Sony and MS market the game well, since most snowflake journos will probably do similar drama

The new generation of Americans is a bunch of snowflakey pussies

Its loud minority limited to reset era and Twitter. Majority of American gamers don't care. Gaf fully hyped for this game.

Pretty ambitious. I expected a summer release date at the end. Holiday 2022 seems like a bad time with more competition and may delay this game further.

Will buy it day 1 to support JK and against this trans bull sh*t intolerance/extremism. Glad to see the positive reception.

Ya im gonna get it too. I don't even like HP xD

Himmat hai to they should ban sony first for hosting this SoP.

Lol there's no way members will tolerate ban on Playstation over this state of play.  Majority of members will quit and move to Gaf.

    HYPED!

I believe in Bethesda....even after Fallout 76 fiasco.

One tainted release can't undone the years of masterful experience the core studio has provided me.

Fallout 76 was not made by Skyrim team. Todd was producer but team was new. Austin team

If you follow Bethesda Softworks and their pattern you gotta know that they reveal gameplay very close to release. Like 4-5 months before the launch and that too in E3 (launch year E3). Not online. That's how their game don't generate unrealistic expectations. That's been the formula for all of their games.

Same as morrowind, fallout 3, Oblivion, skyrim and fallout 4, gameplay of Starfield will be revealed at E3 2022....because this is the launch year. 11.11.22.

They don't follow Bethesda games. So yes most are clueless how they show and release their games

Most of them left after CD joins in not before.

Ya it looks like Darren Gallagher didn't like the vision or work of core Initiative team, so he decided to hand over the project to his former studio which rubbed Initiative core team wrong way and they departed. Basically CD now main devs. Initiative will just help them with providing funding as producer for the project  since they part of MS,  but actual development will be done by CD.

Yes, more and more staff have left so called AAAA studio. Half of them are core development team.

Yes its not going well. This is the main reason why they asked CD to help with project coz Initiative lost lot of people in short period of time.

I don't expect it to come out anytime soon.

Once again, 'curb stomping' is highly exaggerated. Being second in sales isn't that. Elden Ring is a multiplat, there's no loss here for PS, HFW will sell a lot more. GT7 was in number 1 in sales followed by Elden Ring and HFW for March 1st week, would you say that Elden Ring got 'curb stomped' by GT7?

Xbox partly published CrossfireX, so yeah, you should be talking about why they are know where to be seen.

MS just did marketing and timed exclusive deal. Not publishing.

    Its not 1st party.

And yes Horizon FW was curb stomp. I like the game but no one can deny it that it couldn't survive the wrath of Elden ring. Fact that GG devs were bashing it on Twitter should tell you everything. They salty that it outshine their 200m AAA game within 1 week.

The highlight of the week is a bunch of epic games smacking a*s while you are sitting here compiling a bunch of troll posts.

He don't play games or pay attention any new games coming. He just here to talk sh*t like rest of the ponies.

Pony who spams emojis after every word is worst kind of pony.

@Assassins Creed curse for unleashing that pony on to everyone. Lol.

    Eh?! So what?

HFW will end up selling 20Million+ like its predecessor. Elden Ring and HFW are taking top 2 spots, both available on PlayStation.

Elden Ring also sold highest on PC and PS(44% and 40% respectively), xbox got a measly 16%, rest are waiting for GamePass scraps I guess.

The only game that got curb stomped is xbox exclusive CrossfireX. Its not even in top 20 for February, I bet its not even in Top 50.

Basically, you're happy over HFW being 2nd to Elden Ring, all the while gamers are refusing to touch CrossfireX with a 10 foot pole.

I wonder if Initiative going from so-called AAAA to AA started this saltiness, so much bragging about hiring the best talent from everywhere. Imagine what f**ked up management MS has that so many over the year have decided to return to their old organization :roflroll:

Remember what I said about all the studios that MS bought/built and ruined, add Initiative to that list . .

    FASA

    Bungie

    Digital Anvil

    Ensemble

    Rare

    Lionhead

    Press Play

    Twisted Pixel

    and now . . . The Initiative :P

Was only talking about how Elden ring curb stomped Sony 1st party game and you brought a 3rd party timed exclusive like crossfire to fight back? Lol

    Big business brain right here.

Minimal efforts needed to port to xbox from pc but let's assume 5% dev cost as a percentage of revenue. ~30% additonal marginal cost for royalties.

Assuming 20% net profit margin, 16% of the revenue loss would account for >50% of the profit loss.

Dont bother. Most ponies don't know what they talking about
