    For some reason I'm kinda hooked to korean films nowadays. some of the better K movies I have seen recently.

     

    The host, lovers concerto, me and my girl, millionaire's first love, my little bride & finally the chaser. The chaser is just ZOMFG AMAZING , the movie ended around 6 in the morning and I couldn't sleep the whole day. Easily one of the better films I have seen in recent times.

     

    Any recommendations from K movie fans?

    COTT is released very recently, but check the vote distribution for Avatar, 46% voters gave it a 10. People liked the movie, they gave it a 10. :cry:

    The popular movies end up getting 7.5-8.5 ratings because of the mass voting. Good movies which are less publicized often get shafted and end up near 7.

    I mean how many movies actually deserve a 10, see number of '10' ratings to avatar. There weighted average method doesn't work too well for such hyped up flicks.

     

    for every guy who rates an average movie a 10, there is probably someone who is rating it a 5

    ...and over time the ratings do tend to converge to the actual worthiness of the movie

    eg. clash of the titans....fanboys had it rated 8.4 when it opened...its dropped to 6.6 now
