Exactly. Nintendo has proven time and again that ex-clusives work. Mariokart  8 is still selling like hot cakes and has just surpassed the wii version to be the most sold mario kart game ever.

So, you're saying that the only reason Mario Kart 8 is selling is because it's an exclusive? And that it wouldn't sell as well if it were also available on PC? At least, that is what your post implies.

The only thing exclusives drive, as Ank rightly pointed out, is interest and sale of the hardware. Not the sale of the game itself. The sale of the game will only increase when it's available on more platforms.

By better performance I meant graphical fidelity (which obviously will be better as it is 4k) and the obvious lack of performance modes in other games (maybe to project series s as a present gen system)

One x performs well in forza and infinite. It has  a better vfm

Are you a developer? Instead of spouting the same sh*t for months on end, have you stopped for a second and thought that maybe the reason X1X doesn't have a performance mode for the said games is because it may be CPU (and not GPU) limited? I mean, I don't know man; I'm not a (games) developer but there could be some genuine reasons. Instead of cooking up conspiracy theories, just go and play the damn game on your PC.

Alex from DF not impressed by new improvements. He not fan of plain CE style art style. Check DF video podcast for his full opinion

Tbh Art style does look bit boring and dull. Even if you add really high graphics details and RT, game will not look that good coz of that art style.

To each his own I guess. I hated the art style in H4/H5 but I'm absolutely loving it in Infinite.

Majority of Halo fans are in love with it. So, there's that.
