Not being sarcastic. One of my friends who's on the monthly sub (no scam) also got 9 months. So, because of that, he can't do the scam now.

The issue in that tweet is that the guy got UK disc but cannot get free ps5 download from UK account, instead has access to the same from Russian account. He's aggravated it seems.because the exact thing has happened with Ubilol titles before.
Region-locking is stupid though. Not even sure why it's even a thing.

Edit: You're right. It is the ISP. Seems to be working fine with mobile hotspot.

Still downloading the game on the XSX (it's been 5 hrs or so). Getting absolutely horrendous download speeds (in kbps). This happened at the time of Halo Infinitie beta as well.
