QD games and Journey are first party games owned by Sony, just contracted out to studios not owned by Sony. Like how HAL develops Smash Bros for Nintendo. None of the Sony studios do in-house PC work since SOE shut down. DS PC port was also done by KojiPro which isn't first party. This is why quality is hit or miss, but mostly hit. Vituous bungling the port is probably why GG was brought on board post release, and this will probably affect development of HZD2 (hopefully not)

Other Sony ports are excellent, HZD is fully on the shitty porting studio they outsourced to.

Probably why Fortnite also escaped (for now).

The people who accurately leaked 3xxx lineup also say the top end BigNavi is within spitting distance of 3080, and cheaper. It just doesn't have all the features equivalent to NV. There's also no 3090 equivalent yet.

2080 ti hybrid is still a very, very good card. On water it'll boost beyond 2000 Mhz and beat 3070. Its not like it is going to slow down because new stuff is in the market. He can probably sell it with $300 loss and still get a 3080. That hybrid card is perpetually out of stock

People with their puny 1060/570 cards will limit it more lol. Hopefully the floor will get raised with new consoles, but for couple of years at least the minimum spec is going to be lower than next-gen console spec.

3070 looks sexier than 3080. The real news here is that thanks to huge jump to RT and Tensor flops, turning RT on wouldn't hurt performance as much. I bet this is what they did when saying 3080 2x more perf than 2080.
