DF doesn't really go into details beyond res/fps and some basic settings like shadow/reflection/AA etc. People have said this before but they immediately get attacked by DF stans and put a console war spin on it. DF misses a lot of finer details.

30fps but very much playable. Not like CP at all.

Try 60, it cured motion sickness for me in a lot of games.

Are you playing at 30fps? That is the biggest trigger for motion sickness for me.
