    lol at the discussion...

     

    season so far... chelsea start out with rockets attached... falter after losing their asst. coach n start taking a wayward plunge.... till then they were pretty comfortable at the top....

     

    man u have been grinding out results... sometimes lucky... sometimes they play well..... but results none the less...

     

    arsenal... :( have had opportunities to take the matches n jump ahead of man u..... but unfortunately... as has been the case in prev seasons they have stumbled n have only themselves to blame.... most recent example newcastle coming back from 4-0 to draw 4-4... even if the penalties were debated... tehy still let go of a 4 goal lead... n totally lost eh momentum in the second half...

     

     

    spurs/city/pool/etc... are just there to make up the numbers... pool have done well to get out of the relegation zone... :fear:

    ^each of these teams have a one off brilliant match, but then return to questionable form..... very inconsistent....

     

     

    a topsy turvy season... where no single team has dominated for a long period.... good entertainment for the fans..... but a bit of heartache for the fanboys... :giggle:

     

     

     

     

    now with a @#$@#$@# up net conn i can only "hope" that my net co-operates n i can watch the carling cup via a stream.... cmmon u gooners... time to get ur first trophy since moving to the emirates......

     

    u beeeeche's don't belittle the carling cup.... :chair: silverware is silverware.... n i need some silverware... :rant:

     

     

    amen to that .. we want carling cup tonight :first: and I'm sure ppl will still say its just a Mickey mouse cup :rant:

    I am an Arsenal fan but I think Manutd have done enough to be on the top of the table at the end of Feb... they dont have much quality this time around but they still know how to grind out results and thats what it takes to be a champion .... I am just hoping they drop a lot of points in the coming weeks :bigyellowgrin: and Arsenal can end up as champions :good: .. have a feeling that Arsenal vs Utd at Emirates could possibly decide the champions this season :wOOtjumpy:

    I dont get all this talk of Arsenal winning the quadraple this year.... I think what Wenger said is that there is no reason we shouldn't go for all 4 this yr(but then he fields a sh*t team in FA cup :wallbash: ).... we certainly have better quality this year but every Arsenal fan knows this is the time of the year where we always fk it up somehow (due to injuries or Almunia or Denilson :rant: ), lets win the Carling Cup on Sunday and keep working on closing the gap on United for PL title (it looks like a 2 horse race now). As for the Champions League, even if we somehow manage to kick Barca out at Camp Nou, I think we will be only helping Real Madrid :cry: , I am sure Mourinho would be praying for Arsenal to overcome Barca.

     

    On a side note, congrats rad for making the Semis of SA tourney :good:

    it started with koscielny (he was awesome yesterday)... then to bendtner then to genius wilshere followed by one touch pass to fabregas and we all know how good fabregas is at those perfectly weighted through balls.... but wait there was more to come ...Nasri waited and made the perfect pass to Shava who scored ever so calmly and Valdes could only watch the ball going back into the net .... just perfect :majesty: .... the commentator said "thats a Barcelona goal from Arsenal" :furious: .. comeon thats a goal ala the "Invincibles" Arsenal squad :dance:
