    The Good The LG G3 has a great camera, a brilliantly sharp display, a snappy quad-core processor, and a flat UI that makes Android 4.4 look good. LG's flagship has also improved on the previous model -- the new G3 comes with a removable battery and microSD card slot, both things the G2 lacked.

    The Bad The new QHD display with its 2,560x1,440-pixel resolution is quite a power-hog, so the phone will barely last you a day without a charge.

    But MKBHD claimed that battery is quite powerful for a big screen.

     

    Good News: it is releasing on 4th of August here.

    Bad: 32 gb will not be available :(

    My note 1 is embarrassing me every single time :rant: The other day I met a person at some party and asked for his phone number. I opened the contacts and it jammed up on me. Took literally more than 10 seconds. In the end, he said, you give me your phone number and I will give you a missed call :|

    SAP paid or you paid for the exam? My team didn't have the policy of sponsoring SAP certifications. They openly used to say, once certified you will leave SAP and earn more somewhere else. :P

    Neither Afty nor Spin are moderators and last time the amount of book spoilers was not getting to such an annoying level.

     

    I said "suggested" and it was accepted. Mods define rules which we have to comply with. :P

     

    I mean we should not follow two different things across different seasons, should we? Still, if fellow members feel it is annoying, I suggest create a separate thread for book level discussion. one more thread :wallbash:

    Again, seriously. If you are gonna put up a book spoiler mark it as a book spoiler.

    Next time put the "book spoiler" part up ahead in bold. I thought it was a series spoiler and read it. FML.

    I don't see a reason to ban him. He clearly specified it as a book spoiler. To add to it, this was perfectly acceptable in the last season(Afty or Spin suggested that last time)

    Thats true. Might go with the LG g3 this time depending on when the 32gb variant becomes available in the US. i'm on t mobile but not on contract so I'll need to find an unlocked version.

     

    The reason I said sub $1000 was because I saw the G3 on expansys unlocked for 850 just for the base 16gb. Just them doing their usual scalping until the phone actually releases I guess.

     

    EDIT: Rumors of a G3 with an 805 processor coming in a couple months don't help my already shaking decision making process either. Oh, and I looked at Touchpiss on an S5 recently and that thing's horrendous compared to the UI on the LG phones.

    Any reason for not going after LG G3 16gb + a micro SD card? Won't it be cheaper?

    LG G3 speaker placement is on the back, right? I was pretty pissed off with Samsung Note for the same reason.

     

    How is the audio quality of LG compared to Samsung ?

     

    It is listed at AU $799. Wife is also convinced, for now at least.
