    It has become a ritual now to lose the first match of the series and then win all the remaining games making it look like its a comeback. Feel sorry for kohli, He just needs couple of good games to be back in form. Maybe IPL will help him cos we need him in form for the WC T20. Apart from Dhawan & Sundar I think the team is fine. 

    OT: Anyone else feels that Virat should step down from T20 captainship and give it to Rohit ?!?! or IPL stats cant be compared to International games :fear1:

    Pant :majesty: I am so happy for him, Though I was amongst the people who were criticising his place in the 11 after the World Cup. But he has certainly proved his place in the 11 in the past 4 months. 

     

    Its soo tough to pick 16 man squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup, as we can easily make 2 teams out of the options available. but still best 16 should be:

    Rohit - Dhawan - KL - Virat - Iyer - Pant - Hardik - Jaddu - Chahal - Bumrah - Shami (M.Pandey - Samson/Mayank - Sundar - Bhuvi - Natrajan). But I guess they will announce only after seeing their performance in the  IPL.

     

    OT: Cant wait to see Sehwag & Sachin play.

    Next year everything will change, Each team can retain up to 5 players & 2 more teams coming into the league. MI will have the toughest time picking which 5 to retain.

    RCB management has 1 dimensional thinking, To bat out the opponent. Too much reliant on batting, They always forget to buy some good bowlers. This has been the case from the past 7-8 years at least. But tbh its not their bowlers fault, Everyone goes for runs at bangaluru.

    Eng , NZ & Bangladesh players won't be available after 15-20 may thats what I read somewhere. Thats the reason for low price for Shakib & no interest in Eng players. But Malan is definitely a steal at 1.5Cr. RCB again proving they have the most stupid management, Releasing morris + Ali to buy Maxwell for 14.5 Crores :majesty:. Good luck to Rcb this year as you cant let a 14 crore player warm the bench even after he fails in each game he plays, Thats what happened with Punjab last year. RCB Should have gone for Richardson. 

     

    RR paying 16 crores for Morris :giggle: I guess that was expected from a team who retains Unadkat over smith. 

     

    MI came Into the auction with their playing 11 already decided so they just went for the replacements. 

     

    MI & Punjab are favourites for me this year. (Not being biased, Punjab were unlucky last season & This season they have full chances of winning)

    IPL auction today..!! Expecting Smith-Milan-Morris-Maxwell to be the most expensive buys today. Also Kings XI Punjab is now Punjab Kings :good:. Punjab should go for Smith as we already have enough batsmen who can score at 150+ SR but we need someone to anchor an innings & smith is perfect for that role at #4.

    KLPD for the crowd, they celebrated pujara wicket like he was an English batsmen. & Watching Kohli get out on duck maze aagya..!! idiot crowd..!! They need to understand Kohli alone cant win you a test match.. 

     

    Need to score 300+ to win otherwise we will be trailing in the 2nd inning.

    We need a bowler than a batter, So kuldeep should be the ideal choice imo. Otherwise axar is there as an all rounder option.

    Yes, Even down under. The youngsters were the one who scored majority of the runs (Gill-Pant-Washi) & thats what has happened in this game. Rahane & Rohit are due for big tons along with Kohli. I mean we expect a lot from them at home which I feel is not fair. Lets hope we get to bat 1st in the next game & put 400-450 to win the game, Only 1 change kuldeep in for Nadeem.

    So now we have to win 3 out of 3 games or at least 2 wins & 1 draw to qualify for the WTC Final. This match was gonna be tough anyways, Once England got that mammoth total we had already lost the match. Only chance was someone getting to double ton in 1st inning but that didn't happen. Anyways onto the next match now. :wave:
