    Once they hit critical mass, you will see the cutbacks. Just like Niyo, just like Fi, they are burning to gain users.

     

    The point of going up the HDFC ladder is to progress towards higher end cards like DCB and Infinia. If you don't do that you won't have anything left when cutbacks come.

     

    There are other cards in the market as well but they have gone through severe devaluations, HDFC always wins in the long term.

    Eventually all LTF cards will loose Lounge access. Scapia might continue for sometime, how many users actually travel daily, I am sure if there are those users they are already holding super premium cards. I foresee maybe spending moved up from 5k to maybe 10K or 15K, which is still not too tough these days.

     

    Your point is valid get a super premium card and then stick to that one card, hence my push for the metal emeralde card. Also going forward even DCB and Infinia might not come as LTF but maybe at a discounted price.

    HDFC card only for 10% discount on sites now, no other use of Regalia.

     

    My RM told me that I am not listed for Private Metal Emeralde card, I have told her to get it done or stop being my RM or I can stop being there customer, let's see how long before she reverts. I can get the normal Emeralde card if i want immediately.

    Walsh, Ambrose, Warne, McGrath, Wasim, Waqar, Lee, Akhtar, Murali.

     

    There is not even a single bowler close to the skill of these bowlers in last 10-12 years, Sachin Lara are on another level. No Batting friendly rules, no rest time, no pressure of being a lone man army in a team of 11.

    I have pretty much started using Scapia card now, unlimited lounge access is good as I almost travel once a month and sometimes twice a month. 

     

    I am thinking of upgrading my Sapphiro card to Emeralde (12K per year) compared to Sapphiro which is LTF card. 12K will give me unlimited domestic & International lounge access and SPA access as well and I can stop using scapia. HDFC and SBI card can just stay for the 10% discounts that come once a year. 12K emeralde also gives me four free tickets in BMS capped to 750 rupees per ticket, that means four IMAX tickets for price of 2 which should cover the monthly charge.

     

    ICICI has already given me an option to upgrade just waiting for them to upgrade the offer to Metal card.

    Ya even I loved one plus open, fold 5 does not cut it for me but for some reason one plus open felt right at home. Even the crease is not as evident as others, great job by one plus, it might as well be even amazing with next iteration,  I might as well upgrade to same after S23 ultra.

    While we are not dead, community has not grown from past few years it is those constant 20-30 members, we need to figure a way to grow this and onus is with the new gen, we oldies are nearing retiring age and ready to hand over the controller to our kids.

    So hopefully next marquee event final hopefully happens in Wankhede, by legacy also they should have kept it there we won last one there. Ahmedabad could have hosted SF.

    Come on man they were absolutely amazing, there is nothing to defend there lose, sh*t happens. Only problem is it is 3rd time in a row, we topped the group in 2015, 2019 and again in 2023 (in 2023 they were the most dominant and hence highest hopes, but trophy column is still 0.

     

    This team has far far exceeded expectations, I would have laughed it off if some one would have told me that they will win 10/10 in a row.
