So since we are all stuck at home, I am sure everyone is finding a way to keep themselves busy. Eating habits as we know is not the same, so everyone would be trying to experiment. I know we have a food thread, but creating this for the time frame of lockdown.

Starting with what I just made, shahi tukda
Min Requirement
Oil
Bread
Sugar
Water
Good to have
Milkmaid
Dry fruits.
How to prepare
1. Make sugar syrup, by adding sugar in water till it becomes very thick.
2. Boil oil and fry bread.
3. Put the fried bread and in sugar syrup and you have the basic version of Shahi tukda ready.
Optional
4. Put Milkmaid from the top.
5. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Simple and delicious to eat.
