Don't even get me started on pricing, on top of it you are in Delhi, so prices are so much better, check bangalore pricing, you will be in tears. Since you eye the panigale as your eventual bike, you should start with something that has a a bit of aggressive posture and also has an easy learning curve. The only objective bike i can think of is Yamaha R15, it looks the part, has a good decent engine and has a bit of aggressive riding posture. Once you have ridden it for couple of years and mastered it, we can then think of the next one.

If you have never ridden before and just starting out start with any commuter bike you can get your hands on, hell i will tell you to start with passion pro or splendor. Do let me know your level of experience and we can figure out a ride for you. For records my first bike was pulsar 150, and I had never ridden a motorcycle before (was used to Kinetic honda), and rode it from showroom to home in 1st and 2nd gear with my balls in my mouth

Totally depends on the condition of the bike, you can land one anywhere between 9-12 lacs depending on how they have been kept. I think you are just about to start a job, so what you will need to target is a Panigale V2, should be around 13-14 when it hits the used market, It is a much more accomplished bike with all the features of V4. Word of advice never start with Ducati as your first bike, take it slow and grow up the ladder. Four wheelers are fun but 2 wheelers are Life!!!
