I guess because MH also was slow to begin with, and now there is a mad rush, here in bangalore there are vaccines available, maybe not every hospital but they are available. Today itself there was a drive near my place and all the messengers were full requesting people to go and get vaccinated.

It all depends of the company though and the rules in the state. For example Maharashtra has mandated only 15% presence in private offices. Companies have no choice to comply.
Ya some have moved on and some have decided not to, senior management had a choice to either stop providing them service or operate as BAU. Some clients are too big to let go. Again this is not a vast majority and with such huge office and almost all seats vacant it is easy to maintain social distancing.

Not everything banks and financial groups are pretty stingy, after all a lot of people have financial records available. For certain clients you are not even allowed to take mobile inside workplace, it has to be locked in the locker outside. If he is with one of those clients no choice. In our org also though majority are work from home for some we just don't have an option.

Doing a quick search V11 was selling for 699$ and is down to 599$ as clearance.
V15 is 699$, so i am guessing the price hike should not be huge.
