    Okay.

    Now lets get this thing organized.

     

     

    1. First off, this thread needs to be merged with the Bangalore GI meet thread.

     

    2. Since this event is taking place in a modest flat, we're going to limit the number of participants to eight.

     

    3. We've tentatively set the date for Feb 9th, 8pm onwards. Location: Athek's place.

     

    4. No one is going to be a spectator. Do not just show up and expect to play games.

    You will need to contribute towards either food, booze, games or movies.

     

    Please add your names to confirm your participation.

    @hp- Get your PS3 i desperately wanna watch Spiderman 3 on blu ray region encyprion will not allow me to play it....

     

     

    Which one? or. all three? Oh well, i will bring all my blu-rays, you guys pick what you wanna watch.

     

    Edit: BTW say your set up @ orkut. You got a killer one there. neighbors envy for sure. Too bad your TV ain't 1080p.

    How about an all nighter starting on a Friday or Saturday evening?In addition to your PS3, I'll bring a PS2 and some DivX movies for the event. And also chip in on the booze. Everyone contributes movies and games and we'll vote on what we'll play. Let this be a gaming+movie fest. :)

     

    Sounds good to me, but can you handle PS3 and PS3 lovers all night? I guess you will run to nearest Sony World to get your's first thing next morning. Lol, j/k.

     

    If you guys getting PS2 then don't forget to bring in GoW series.

    GoW series is at my place...so no need to get it...have got both of them...NTSC and Uncensored :D

    Athek's gonna get a modded one soon. Primarily for the shooters(pirated) but he still loves his coffee with GF, hence no XBL. lol.

     

    BTW, we need to find a bachelor's pad for the next meet(may be a whole day or, night event) with loads of booze, games, movies, cricket with no GFs and parents around.

     

    My place should be fine.....

    Hi All My fellow PS3 Gamers from the Garden City....

     

     

    This thread we are starting to get all us Bangalore PS3 gamers together and have fun....

     

    We can have frequent meetings exchnage games...get games for fellow gamers and all the regular stuff....

     

    Details of the first GI-Bangalore meeting

     

    Place of assembly: Forum, Kmgla.

    Number of attendes: 4

    Names: Prasnata(HotPixel), Aman(AtheK), Arun(Arun360 Xbox fan and more then welcome to our meetings we respect GAMING..all Xbox ppl cordillay invited for next meet), Varun(We will see him on GI soon)

     

    So HP decided that it is high time we all have been sending a lot of PM around so lets meet up...which place is better then our ol lil forum....

     

    So the gang met up at landmark....Book section... Athek meets Hotpixel and straightaway saves his 678 bucks(next drink on you pal)....and then the four gamers meet and after the formalities the next thing..What next...

     

    Ofcourse BEER(sometimes gaming talks can wait)..so we go to firangi pani and wat do we get a freakin housefull at 4pm(Bangaloreans do love to booze)....So we off to Puple Haze..

     

    One Pitcher...French Fries and Peanut Masala and the talks begin....

     

    It was one hell of a talk and we thorughly enjoyed our time...

     

    Varun new to PS3(2 days old) got from bangkok while doing some photography and sleeping around......he has it and has got Burnout paradise fee...we will be online soon mate....

     

    In between Arun(proud owner of 360 Halo edition tells us that how good is XBL(And ofcourse we agree) but then arun you still missing 4 coffees a month pal....

     

    And we talk about everything and drink and have fun....it was great meeting you all....

     

    All bangaloreans please come over to this thread and we can have more fun more fun more fun and talks and BEER is not on house....but it is still beer.

     

    Will post pic taken tommorow....

     

    TIme to say goodbye..but wait arent we supposed to exchange games....

     

    The game King(HotPixel) opens his magic box out comes uncharterd for me and Planet Earth(man i am loving it watching from last 2 hrs) and Heavenly sword+ resistance for varun(enjoy shooting the bug chimerans) and i hand over Assasin Creed to HotPixel...:D

     

    and after that exchange of phone numbers and goodbye with the promise to meet again soon....

     

    Next meeting will be discussed here and we will then meet up soon.

    guys seriously does Dhoni deserve all the praise he got recently...he has actually done nothing of signinfance since taking on as captain of 20-20 and ODI.

     

    His main inning i can remmeber is saving test match in eng but other then that...

     

    The curse of captaincy goes with every one i believe
