For hooking PS3 to your CRT, your crt needs to support HDCP over DVI input else it won't work. For X360 it can work though
i think he talks about CRT Tv and not monitor.

I go for Racing, Shooter and RPG the most in my game selection. As of now X360 has a little better collection but all the latest hits are multi plats.
1 ) Is it a good buying option to get it from reliance Digital or you suggest any better place ? ya decent place Yes or buy from croma.
2) I have a LG CRT 25inch at home for my personal use, Can i use it for my PS3 till i get an LCD for myself ? ( i am ready to compromise for the quality of the image for a while, but trying to figure out what is the level of compromise i need to do) Both the consoles will look the same except a couple of games in PS3 like UC and MGS4 which are brilliant.

yes so getting PS3 games are easier but then they are usually 500 rupees costlier.

1) More number of games availability. X360 but PS3 has enough to keep you busy.
2) Less prone to maintenance problem. PS3
3) Easily Handling.PS3
4) Online participation. Xbox 360
5) Service centers etc etc. If you are in a big town X360.

buy a router put the ethernet cable in touter input.
Switch it on call up the customer care they will help you set it....
Switch on the wifi card on your laptop it will detect the signal connect and then browse...

Are we going to use it to connect the consoles? Because if I remember it right, crossover cable is not required for hooking up two Xbox 360's...not sure about PS3.
yup the point is all outputs from one router so 4 output 4 consoles...so we can have two consoles in drawing room so that the bed room is not too cramped.

I may have a 10ft+ crossover cable(RJ47). Not sure if this will work.
even i am not sure any networking guru in between us???
