    i enter the settings manually coz the , the console does not picks up the settings in automatic mode......and as i said it passes the IP test , but fails at the DNS test, i cant even blame the HATHWAY service guys coz i can connect with ma pc with same connection and settings, .............i encountered same problems some 1 moth back bu it got resolved yb itself in 3 days, but this time its persistent, can any 1 help me out with this , did any 1 encounter this type of problem with hathway? ( i request the mod to open this link as seprate post atleast for 2-3 days, it mite help to resolve my prob)

     

    Are you required to input the settings manually on your PC too ? Check if the DNS allocation on your PC is done manually or automatically. If its manual, then note down that DNS address and input that into your X360's network configuration.

     

     

    yeah sort of, i have enter the settings in the PC manually, is it possible tht the my ISP some how firewalled my 360 due to high usage? is it technically possible? i am gonna opt for a new ISP very soon now

     

    Not likely to have firewalled your X360.

     

    Do you manually unplug the internet cable form your PC and plug it into the back of your Xbox everytime yu want to play, or are you sharing the connection through a network hub / switch ?

    Good News: Warner goes BLU-RAY exclusive. This was being anticipated for a long time. It is a big death blow to HD DVD camp and the begining of format war coming to an end.

     

    Bad News: This will lead to format monopoly. Format monopoly is not good for consumers.

     

     

    Watch for news of a previously Blu Ray exclusive studio supporting HD-DVD.

    hey ppl i use a direct wired connection for ma 360 currently i am using hathway 512 plan but every from last 10-12 days i have not been able to connect to xbl, it shows "DNS" problem but i am able to get online from my PC with same connection, and there is no problem with the console coz i had my console replaced for disc tray problem..........so where is the problem from is it from XBL or is from my ISP?

    I am considering for a changing my ISP, do u know which ISP is best for gaming on 360? plz help

    i had a hathway connection in the past and it worked just fine with my xbox 360.....u said that u had ur console changed....if ur inputting ur IP etc manually, make sure uve entered them properly in ur new console....if still not working, call hathway and ask them for ur IP, details again...maybe theyve changed something...thats happened to me i n the past....it will still work on the PC but not on the console

    IF the Seventh & Eighth digits are 00 this means your cell phone was manufactured in original factory which is the best Mobile Quality

    I want to use the headphones I got with my Walkman phone (w550i) on my PSP. The problem is, when I take out the headphones from the phone jack to connect to the PSP, they become too small. So are there any type of headphone-'enlongators' I could buy? If so, for what price?

    Try your friendly neighborhood electronics grey market and ask for a "headphone extension cable".
